Thank you for watching! I have a playlist that shows off all kinds of other beautiful vintage sewing patterns here: th-cam.com/play/PLaG2bBTXx7U74Wmx6LkyCC1NVgw6a1PqU.html
I rarely venture into glue-based craft stuff, but this looks like a great excuse to make an exception. I have a trash bin crying out for a new cover. Thank you for leaving your solution process aka mistakes in. It's helped a lot with my sewing (I'm not nearly as good as you are, and if you can be open about using a seam ripper, I can get over myself and use a seam ripper too), and for more craft stuff like this it's great for pointing out there will be pitfalls, and not necessarily the same ones you ran into.
Thanks for the inspiration of using copies of the front of the sewing patterns. I love to scrapbook & make cards & now I have some great ideas for crafty projects!
I absolutely love the button broaches!! When removing the glue ring off the buttons try gently heating them up and if it gets to hot to lift maybe you could press it flatter. Also try using a heavy duty tape to help hold them flat on your work surface so they dont bounce when you pull on the glue.
@@StephanieCanada I live in the Nevada desert and my crystal candle holders had melted candles in them. I told my husband to put them in the freezer. He didn't believe me that they would come right out but they did. Love your videos, they always make me smile.

I just love how realistic you are regarding craft projects. Thank you.

Hooray! I am happy to have inspired others to go and make. Go, make, do!
Thé wax was so funny. I am a nervous personne so gest what append!?! I jumped on my seat. 😂 Sorry for my English, I am French 💋
Your fussy cutting on the button jar images was awesome. Fun projects!
Yeah I thought I would be fine with the background but as soon as I put it up there, I was like, NOPE! I am glad you enjoyed the video. 🙂
Love them!🖤💜❤️

Oh thank you! If I try again I will definitely keep that in mind.
Love your video so much 😀
Loved this so much was so fun to watch you doing some crafts and ooh you made some really cool things xx
Thank you so much! It was fun but yeah, check your glue first. 😂
Great job❤
Thank you!
Great way to remove wax is put the container in the freezer. Once frozen, all wax pops out instantly.
Great ideas! I enjoy modge podge, so this inspired me to make some more projects.
Oh hooray! Tag me on IG, Twitter or FB if you make something. I love to see final creations. 😃
Aesthetics! ❤😍❤😍❤
✂paper scissors✂ not fabric 😂
Thanks lady! It all started with your brooch and idea. :)
Mod Podge is 1/2 white school glue & 1/2 water. So much cheaper.
do you happen to remember what the pattern you're cutting out at 3:03 is? 😍
Hi there! That is Simplicity 1452 from the 1950's.
Who r the lovely couple, in the photo behind you?
I feel like the shade about the Paper vs Fabric scissors was aimed at someone specific. But it’s hilarious!
Maybe, maybe not. ;)
Ooh I have a horror story about a friend using another friend's fabric scissors on paper while she was asleep during a sewing weekend (pre-covid)
Oh no!!! I used my mother’s once and I was in such trouble.
OH No!! You could have just put the candles in the freezer and they would have popped out.
Oh man! I have never done it that way before!! I will definitely try that next time, as I feel like it is WAY less messy
