Literally writing this down like it's the bible!! Thank you! I'm 47 and gaining weight. My cycle is all over the place, but the worst thing is, I was always around 124lbs -126lbs but now am nearly 140 and just can't lose the excess weight!! I'm only 5'1 so the only way is outwards for my waistline as you can't go up when you're short. I could swear I am shrinking too! The surprising thing for me is that previously, once I decided to lose weight, I was able to control my diet relatively easily even after my 3rd baby. Now I'm finding that so much more difficult, so your explanation about leptin and ghrelin makes a lot of sense. I do weight train though and have been for the past couple of years but will look at my added sugars now. I have recently started running again 3-4 times a week so am going to incorporate my running with my resistance training, limit my sugars and carbs (i'm an absolute sugar addict!), get good sleep too as I know this is a problem for me. I didn't know about the supplements so am going to add those in too. Love the easily actionable tips. Thank you so much!!
I love how you explain things! I took so many notes, and I feel inspired and just did some resistance training for the first time in 8 months! I love that your program is a 1-time payment with lifetime access!
I am a 48 year old woman who lost 60lbs in less than a year by restricting my carbohydrates and by intermittent fasting. I went from 190 to 130lbs! I was a sugar addict and was amazed that my cravings went away after restricting my sugar intake for a surprisingly short leriod of time. Not only have i lost the weight, but my mental health has improved so much as well. I have less depression and anxiety and both my memory and clarity have improved.
First time that I've ever heard any of this information. I'm overwhelmed and grateful that you've shared this information. This explains so much that is. happening to me. I will be investigating more on this topic. God Bless you...
Please help, I am so miserable. I have gained 60 lbs in the last 8 months. I am very active, i could use modifications to my diet, but don’t eat unhealthy. My joints are killing me, especially in the areas I’ve had surgery’s. I don’t understand how women make it through this. The hot flashes are extreme. This video was so helpful. You are just the Angel I needed today! TY ❤
You could try turmeric tablets to help with joint pain, but maybe there is something inflammotory in your diet i.e. dairy, wheat. Try eliminating each food for a couple of week s to see if it helps.
i will be buying into your program! you are what I am looking for Im menapausal 53 yrs old struggling with weight and menapause symptoms. I was keto but tired of the restriction but i believe in the science but need a better balance of macros i miss healthy carbs . The knowledge you are sharing is making me so hopeful. thank you

Hi dr Haver ! Anyway I always innermidate fast for 16 hours or more I always eat nutritionally it’s my way of life , I am a vegan I take supplements as well , I’m on hrt and going through peri I can lose weight however , the belly is still bulgy ever since peri . So. Are you saying nutritionally is a cure-all ???? I do it all and exercise , the bulge still remains …. What is going on … it’s beyond nutrition… something more is going on . Can you please help ??
I purchased your program right after you launched but put it aside. I recently wanted to get started and now I can’t find it in my email. I’ve got to do some digging!
Yes, I guess it means more cooking and taking a few supplements, plus the exercise 3 or 4 times a week, plus mindfulness time. Our society makes us work so much we don't have time to take care of ourselves, or we are too tired...
One thing I see happen everytime I go with IF after about 5-6 months my body accommodates and my results seem to fade. What's up with this? And what can I do about it. I currently IF eating time is 10am-6pm

Hi Dr Haver
Can I still ask a question here?
Wow useful info but if I have to do all these 1000s of things to stay slim I might as well just die
Sorry to hear that!

combine IF with anti inflammatory nutrition for a synergistic result
You are a very cool doctor
