I just love how easy Shenhe is to build: you just throw some leftover copium artifacts at her and she becomes a "premium cryo support". If you decide on getting the Calamity Queller you can still easily go triple ATK% and just focus on ER subs and reach that 170-180% without much stress.
Idk man, I have eula since her release but I could never have consistent clear with her in abyss. Her ult being one hit really brings out the *crit fishing* in abyss which I hate to do...

What's so great about shenhe is the fact that you're already farming the emblem domains 24/7 so you gotta find uses to your shimenawa pieces and she wants them
as an ayaka main shenhe is a blessing. i build her with favonius so that i can easily use her burst and battery my ayaka, the calamity qualler is better but having ayaka burst charge easily is more beneficial than more buff.
For those without kokomi, I’ve been using mona with prototype amber. It’s not the most reliable form of healing but running her on a healing bonus circlet and energy recharge sands helps a lot. You can also have shenhe + mona buff on top of noblesse and tenacity on this team. I’ve been enjoying it a lot, feels very powerful

Im a f2p who spend more then 2 months saving up for her, to have 120 pulls for her, with a 32 pity beforehand but a 50/50. I was so prepared to use everything on her… and then got both her and her weapon on 20 pulls XD it was pretty epic
Reason is because dendro was introduced and she doesn't work with reaction teams which became the priority of mihoyo. I got her on her first run and she took down everything with minimal investment

Oh man, Mistsplitter is so much better as an all around weapon as many units can use it. It's the one weapon in the game I wanted most and got it a year ago and its my best weapon. I have quite a few 5 star weapons, but now I really want Primordial sword to complete my collection. I seriously would tell anyone to use Fav Lance on Shenhe vs Calamity for overall value to the team
@@femmenic Nah I'm still going Calamity. It's certainly not worth the pull but it is the better weapon over Fav Lance. Since I got dumped on and didn't get mistsplitter my Ayaka will stay on Amenoma so the extra energy isn't necessary anyway...
@@bjornnilsson2941Calamity is not a better option than fav in any situation EXCEPT when you reach the level of investment where Ayaka can one-rotate enemies (Mistsplitter, Shenhe, Kazuha, Mona, throw in Ayaka’s c2 as well for good measure). That’s where it gains some traction, but even there fav makes rotations much smoother.
@@sallyhope2137 From what I understand Shenhe has two stats she cares about Attack and Energy Recharge. I can assure you it's possible to get enough ER without Fav. Unless Shenhe's personal damage is so good it's worth also building crit on her. I still feel like there should be a way to balance it so that Calamity takes the edge. I'm not going to leave it unlevelled in my inventory that's for sure. And it's not like I have spare fav lances.
Nice guide. Can't wait for the banner. You forgot the burn-melt team type, by the way. My intended abyss team when I get Shenhe will be Ganyu/Shenhe/Xiangling/Nahida. On this team, dendro application keeps the enemies burning with pyro applied even when you hit them with reverse melt.
@Manella Marino I have her on the catch. But with Nahida repeatedly triggering burn, I can melt all Ganyu's charge shots with just the fire breathing teddy bear in a pinch.
I got ayaka , shenhe, and mistsplitter in 120 pull (well i got 50 pity leftover in weapon banner) I played ganyu freeze and melt for the longest time so I dont really mind not having kokomi and kazuha, now I really need them
Finally got Calamity queller last night (along with a 2nd Mistplitter which I'm happy about) for my shenhe and her base attack went from 3750 to over 4000!
The only character I was hype for was Kaveh, cuz I'm Alhaitam main now. Then I just got bored and pull for shenhe and won the 50 50. And she is literally the only character I pulled for being and absolute Wifu. She is soooo pretty. Her moves, her desing... Is easy to fall for her.
the moment i heard of a rumor that there'd be a Cryo husbando in Fontaine, i knew i needed to get Shenhe in preparation. i won 50/50 and got her today at 12 pity after getting Cyno, who i got 3 pulls after getting Jean. i got really lucky this patch
I started this Game last march and Ayaka was the first 5 star unit that I got ( off of character banner. Mona technically the first and then 700 Qiqi's after that lol). I skipped the Raiden Kokomi banner to save my Primos. I will never regret that decision. Even with Dendro entering the game and Quicken being so good, my freeze team with Ayaka beats it all. She was also my first crown (just her burst so far). Currently I play her with Ganyu, Kokomi, and Kaz, but I would like to either replace Ganyu with Shenhe or do mono-cryo and keep Ganyu as well. My Ayaka is pretty well invested I think. She is C2 with Mistspitter, a little over 50% crit rate, about 220% Crit DMG (could be better I know. Artifact RNG can go to hell), and like 2100 ATK. Ganyu however needs a little bit of work. I'm definitely not a Whale, but more of a dolphin. My name card says "Little Dolphin with big whale dreams" haha... Anyways I would love for Shenhe to come home to me.She would complete my Ayaka team for sure. Not to mention she is 100% WIFU material. ALL that said, I have won 50/50 3 times in a row so my chances are grim to say the least, and I really want Baizhu and Kaveh as well. Wish me luck all, and BEST OF LUCK to all of you!

Choice of artifacts should definitely be based on how many constellations you have. C0 Shenhe is a support and C1 should be viewed as a sub dps. I strongly suggest C0 to go with 4-set noblesse and C1 or above to go with 2+2.

I got her c1. I built a very wierd but fun ayaka team where my ayakas damage goes from 1480 atk to 2680 atk 2 cryo damage buffs cryo resistance debuff shenhe flat damage buff all while getting her burst back on cast. Her c1 allows me to utilize kazuha without worrying of using all of shenhes stacks before ayaka hits the field.

@@FichaGris It does not. Infusions consume quills, but swirls don't. If you infuse Venti's Q, Kazuha's E plunge and Q, Sucrose's Q, Traveler's E/Q, - they will be buffed. If you just swirl Cryo with Anemo (Sucrose's E and basic attacks, Venti's E, Heizou's and Wanderer's full kits) - they won't be buffed. The reason is: Shenhe can buff attacks and skills that deal Cryo Damage. Cryo infused skills count too. Swirl on the other hand is a reaction, and Shenhe does not buff those.
even tho my Bird Spear is lv 70 just like Favonious it gives me more overall attack than Favonious Missive Windspear lv 70 on lv 70 Shenhe- 2400 atk Favonius lv 70- 2311 and for some reason my Lv 90 Rosaria gets alot more attk at around 152 difference Missive Windspear- 1232 Fav Lance- 1080 so if i don't have Energy problem i won't be using fav one as i don't have Wavebreaker fin and that other Lithic Spear and would be using Bird Spear

Sorry disagree with Dori as she is one of the best Electro for any Eula teams and especially with Hyperbloom teams, She does battery on top of healing and electro reactions. Dori's base healing has much higher coefficient compared to Kuki. The biggest misconception about her is her having energy problems, with a 200 ER build not only you have no energy issues but you also provide teammates with ER regen on top of Fav weapons. She is the best character to battery outside of Raiden for Eula. There are limitations but its not enough to outweight the benefits of having battery near Raiden level. I can top up my Hyperbloom Eula burst with just Dori and Kuki will just make it harder and waste another 10sec on field collecting particles. Downtime is may seems like a problem but in comparison having Eula burst back to back is more important than having 4sec uptime with cores that stays onfield for 5sec, you are not losing much by using Dori and everything to gain, but I've digress. In short Dori is underrated and misunderstood because of lazy Tc
hello, i'm a cryo abuser aka an absolutely cryo lover. i always have problems using shenhe because my main team has ayaka, yelan, layla and whatever heals better in the situation. But i have to admit that changing ayaka to eula could be a good way to use shenhe. my ayaka must have yelan in the team because of the poor amount of crit rate. When she crits... she crits hard and even with her poor 18% crit rate, i can reach 60%+ easily with the passive of artifact and resonance (double cryo) i know it's not optimal having a 18% crit rate ayaka with 305% crit dmg, but yeah... having a perma freeze team helps her alot. i hope in the future we will see a cryo dps from liyue so i will be able to use that polearm that buffs the atk by the number of liyue characters in the team. To be honest it surprised me not seein that weapon in the video because the amount of atk that it gives is really good. But yeah, you need at least 2 more liyue characters in the team to be usefull
Should I give Shenhe wavebreaker‘s fin (r1) or favonius lance (r2)? She has 145 er and will be in a team with another cryo character. Wanna use her with melt rosaria and freeze ganyu
Favonius Lance if your energy is that low (make sure to build a little bit of crit for consistency with the passive). The team is going to heavily appreciate the extra energy particles!
Um got a question so I got c1 shenhe meaning she has 2 charges on her ability can I stack the ability buff for example I do long hold e and then tap e will it stack up for my ganyu
What is good atk stats for shenhe My shenhe has 2500atk, 190er, 65/130 Crit, So should I replace my critrate circlet to atk circlet or is it fine. Btw my shenhe is lvl 80 with lvl 80 skyward spine and I'll lvl them up to 90 soon
I just got Shenhe and Mistsplitter today and I'm really happy (even though I was saying in a lot of Comment Sections that I'm going for C2 Wanderer lol) I have both the Skyward Spine and the Favonius Lance (but its only R3) which should I use? Also, I think that for Ayaka Freeze, a Healer Mona can actually work (Mona with Prototype Amber)
I personally am using Skyward Spine over Fav Lance, just because it grants a bit higher atk and I don’t have any energy problems in the team. Try it out and see how well you do with your energy and then decide!^^
I've one question remaining. You said that atk is the most important Stat. So what about the missive windspear. I know it's an event weapon but where would you place it. Maybe a statement if it's a recommendation only at r5 or even a good option at r1.
10th place, it was mentioned. Refinement doesn't matter since it doesn't change the base stats (and the passive isn't that helpful to her anyway). Fav lance is best, but if you don't have it missive windspear is a good alternative.

It does, which actually is something really good that not a lot of people say about Shenhe's damage contribution.

If you infuse Venti's Q, Kazuha's E plunge and Q, Sucrose's Q, Traveler's E/Q, - they will be buffed. If you just swirl Cryo with Anemo (Sucrose's E and basic attacks, Venti's E, Heizou's and Wanderer's full kits) - they won't be buffed.
The reason is: Shenhe can buff attacks and skills that deal Cryo Damage. Cryo infused skills count too. Swirl on the other hand is a reaction, and Shenhe does not buff those.
Even if it did, the quill counter is separate for each character

Sorry disagree with Dori as she is one of the best Electro for any Eula teams and especially with Hyperbloom teams, She does battery on top of healing and electro reactions. Dori's base healing has much higher coefficient compared to Kuki. The biggest misconception about her is her having energy problems, with a 200 ER build not only you have no energy issues but you also provide teammates with ER regen on top of Fav weapons. She is the best character to battery outside of Raiden for Eula. There are limitations but its not enough to outweight the benefits of having battery near Raiden level. I can top up my Hyperbloom Eula burst with just Dori and Kuki will just make it harder and waste another 10sec on field collecting particles. Downtime is may seems like a problem but in comparison having Eula burst back to back is more important than having 4sec uptime with cores that stays onfield for 5sec, you are not losing much by using Dori and everything to gain, but I've digress. In short Dori is underrated and misunderstood because of lazy Tc

hello, i'm a cryo abuser aka an absolutely cryo lover. i always have problems using shenhe because my main team has ayaka, yelan, layla and whatever heals better in the situation. But i have to admit that changing ayaka to eula could be a good way to use shenhe. my ayaka must have yelan in the team because of the poor amount of crit rate. When she crits... she crits hard and even with her poor 18% crit rate, i can reach 60%+ easily with the passive of artifact and resonance (double cryo) i know it's not optimal having a 18% crit rate ayaka with 305% crit dmg, but yeah... having a perma freeze team helps her alot. i hope in the future we will see a cryo dps from liyue so i will be able to use that polearm that buffs the atk by the number of liyue characters in the team. To be honest it surprised me not seein that weapon in the video because the amount of atk that it gives is really good. But yeah, you need at least 2 more liyue characters in the team to be usefull
Should I give Shenhe wavebreaker‘s fin (r1) or favonius lance (r2)? She has 145 er and will be in a team with another cryo character. Wanna use her with melt rosaria and freeze ganyu
Favonius Lance if your energy is that low (make sure to build a little bit of crit for consistency with the passive). The team is going to heavily appreciate the extra energy particles!
Um got a question so I got c1 shenhe meaning she has 2 charges on her ability can I stack the ability buff for example I do long hold e and then tap e will it stack up for my ganyu
no, it won’t stack even if you hold and tap continuously.

Also, I think that for Ayaka Freeze, a Healer Mona can actually work (Mona with Prototype Amber)
I personally am using Skyward Spine over Fav Lance, just because it grants a bit higher atk and I don’t have any energy problems in the team. Try it out and see how well you do with your energy and then decide!^^

I've one question remaining. You said that atk is the most important Stat. So what about the missive windspear. I know it's an event weapon but where would you place it. Maybe a statement if it's a recommendation only at r5 or even a good option at r1.
10th place, it was mentioned. Refinement doesn't matter since it doesn't change the base stats (and the passive isn't that helpful to her anyway). Fav lance is best, but if you don't have it missive windspear is a good alternative.
