They are super cute, thank you for showing me how to make them from stuff i already have, and perfection is over rated i think they are perfectly imperfect. Pumkins are never perfect.
Your needle is called a tapestry needle. I like that you’re recycling items to make these. That just proves that craft projects don’t have to be expensive. These are so cute!😊👍🏻
I made a whole bunch of those for the Garden Club I had to decorate the tables for the garden club meeting so I made 37 of them, they came out really good I wish I could send you a picture
I'm English so we don't celebrate thanks giving or fall decor, but I must admit that they are the best pumpkins I've seen made on TH-cam, and trust me I love all crafts, and seeing people making things like this, these are definitely the best out there
This is The best fabric pumpkin tutorial that I’ve seen so far!. It doesn’t require sewing machine. And there is minimal sewing involved. Very easy to follow and to do yourself.
I love these pumpkins! My husband passed from cancer in July and I have a lot of his shirts still. I think this would be a great idea to make some for me and my children so they have just a little part of him for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much for sharing!❤️❤️❤️ I love your videos ❤️❤️❤️
My son gave me his old flannel shirt and I didn’t have stuffing so I used beans. I think it turned out adorable. Thank you again for showing how to make these.
For mine, when I sewed the sides to give the pumpkin shape, I didn't go up through the middle but up to the edge of where I pulled the top to gather. This left me with the fabric on top and I played around with it and it looks so cute with the raw edge of fabric as the stem. These are so much fun to play and get creative with..thank you! BTW.. I was at Hobby Lobby yesterday and picked up a package of 'Doll Needles' (the brand is exclusive to HL) and another package of their longest and large needles (found those where the tassels, etc. are). I use a threader for the yarn because I'm not a patient threader, so why put myself through the stress (lol!). I LOVE these! So cute and adorable! Shared my finished pumpkins with friends and they want to buy them! Thank you for making this an easy pre-Fall craft!
I made about 50 last year for a craft show, I really loved using sweaters from the thrift store. You can also make bottle bags and gift bags from sweaters also which came out really cute. I just made 4 small pumpkins with baby prints for my Daughter-n-Law’s Baby Shower for next month with leaves that match the pumpkins. These pumpkins are so much fun to make. Thanks for sharing.
I buy the cheap pillows at Walmart for a couple of bucks to fill projects, or to make a pillow insert. So much cheaper than buying stuffing at the craft stores. Cute pumpkins!!
This is very very helpful! You are the first one I've watched make this without needing a sewing machine and 15 other tools that I don't have. Thanks! Can't wait to make mine!
I laughed when you said they weren't perfect. They are perfect. I live in the country never seen a perfect round pumpkin ever they are usually lumpy bumpy and weirdly shaped. Enjoyed your video TFS
Ive made fabric pumpkins for first time last year. I made them out of old knit baby hats and some of my old knit hats. Im for sure gonna make some of your design this year. Thanks for sharing
I love making these pumpkins 🎃. I did the same thing went to goodwill n picked up shirts n sweaters from like the super inexpensive like last chance racks from anywhere .50 to 1.00 and was able to make at least 2 pumpkins minimum. So it’s really a great gift idea for teachers etc. TFS ..
What a cute idea. I would of never thought to go to the thrift store to look for fabric for my pumpkins. Plus the pillow tip. A+ Just want to say thank you for fully explaining and showing how to do the pumpkins!! A newbie to crafting like I need to see how its done. So many people fast forward thinking everyone knows how to do it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve been trying to figure out how to make these and my tops would not look right! Now I’m going to be making mine so pretty! TFS!!!!
This is so cleaver. I wasn't sure how much fabric and using an old shirt is a great idea. Hope to make a bunch soon. Thank you for easy to make instructions. 💖
Wow! I loved them and I want to make some now! What an economical way to decorate with these! I just made some tp ones! So now I am going to make these!
I wish I could “love” this video. I love these pumpkins but can’t bring myself to pay what stores are asking for them. I’m going to make a few this weekend!
For whatever reason, you had me laughing! I was thinking it looked liked a jack-o'lantern, then a bell pepper, but low and behold, you pulled together another nice pumpkin! If this project doesn't show how Creative You Are, nothing does. 👏 Cheers to You! 👏
You did a lovely job creating these beautiful pumpkins....great instructions. Thank you for sharing with us! Sincerely Debbie and Dexter-Dog my amazing sweet adorable Chihuahua companion. 🙏👍🌈🏄🏡🚴🎃💝😄

Thank you for sharing. Loved that you recycled. I’ll be pulling out the old flannel shirts I had planned to throw away. One has a hole in it and another is missing buttons so not good enough for donation. Just need to get some yarn and I’m all set.
I LOVE the black n' white! Sooo Cute! I've made many myself, but yet to make any using the plaid ~ Off To The Thrift Store, I Go! Thanks! Happy Autumn! :)
They are super cute, thank you for showing me how to make them from stuff i already have, and perfection is over rated i think they are perfectly imperfect. Pumkins are never perfect.
I agree! Thanks for saying that. Happy crafting Emmie! :)
LOVE how detailed you described this craft. I'm a visual learner so it helped that you were slow and repeated your self.

There is no such thing as a perfect pumpkin in nature, so they don't need to be perfect! I loved this tutorial! Thank you 🧡🖤

Kathy, So many awesome ideas. I bet the pumpkins will be so cute at a fall baby shower. Thanks for sharing! Liz
You could stuff with rice too (for sweater fabric you would want to put rice in something like pantyhose tied off)! Super cute!
Great idea!
Oh my gosh. You are so amazing. The best thing ever is that you have a little paint on your hands! I will never be ashamed again. Lol.
I'm so glad you liked it, Bar JR Farm and Ranch! Stay tuned for more fun videos. 😊
