Oh why??? Why cutting their lovely ears and mutilating their tails??? They don't look better. They're perfect as they were born and the natural ears tail are absolutely gorgeous.
Mine after airplanes. There's a certain sound some of them (thanks good not all of them, because I live in a big city) make after taking off, so he would howl. Now I don't know, he was neutered 4 months ago and I haven't heard him howling since ☹️
TOBY is my new mini side kick. I've only had him a day and he's already put in a full blown show if howling at only 8 weeks I've never owned this breed of dog. Do mini schnauzer ears stand up or will they always be floppy?
I imagine you know this by now but just in case... They are born with floppy ears. Some perk up more than others when they are at attention. To get the pointed ears like the one in the video you have to do a surgical procedure to crop their ears. I hope you're having fun raising your schnauzer. They are the best kind of dog!
