    *INGREDIENTS:*
    🍰 Base:
    Flour: 185 grams (1.5 cups)
    Sugar: 55 grams (0.5 cup)
    A pinch of salt
    Baking powder: 5 grams (1 teaspoon)
    Vanilla extract
    Butter: 105 grams (0.5 cup)
    1. Sift the flour and mix with all dry ingredients.
    2. Add cold butter cut into pieces and blend with the dry ingredients until the mixture becomes crumbly.
    3. Chill in the refrigerator.
    🍮 Creamy Filling:
    Soft cheese: 600 grams (1.5 pounds)
    Sugar: 130 grams (1 cup)
    Vanilla paste
    Eggs: 3
    Zest of half a lemon
    Lemon juice: 15 ml (1 tablespoon)

    1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
    2. Line the bottom of a baking ring or springform pan with parchment paper and wrap the outside with foil.
    3. Spread 230 grams (2 cups) of the crumb mixture at the bottom and form a base.
    4. Pour the creamy filling over the base.
    5. Sprinkle the remaining 100 grams (0.5 cup) of the crumb mixture on top.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
