- Today's video features my new knife that i got in from Red Hill Cutlery and my overall buying experience. My new knife is a Case XX Smooth Natural Bone Canoe (62131 CS). This 🛶🔪 comes in with brass liners and pins. The bolsters and shield are nickel-silver. And the main spearpoint and secondary pen blades are run in good ole carbon steel👌.

Case doesnt send them out i know that. A good customer service is what we all expect and your right they dont get recognition. Much appreciated, loved and respected. Love the natural bone😅

love Canoes. Queen made some great Canoes back in the day when Bill Howard of GEC was still there, pre 2005. Ebay has some older Queen stuff that is just as nice a GEC or better because some of it had super steel like ATS 34 and 154CM. You can find old Queen Canoes for about half the price of what GEC Canoes go for and they are as nice or nicer than GEC

Pen blade is great for packaging and the spear takes care of the rest like food or chores. Nice wide blade and a slicer…. Light weight and thin in the pocket…

that bone will yellow nicely in time and I would be all over that if it didn't have a shield that I'm not in love with. it would be perfect to me with no shield and let the natural bone shine through and that looks like true natural bone that hasn't been bleached white like most white bone is. That knife shows what Case can do if they focus on quality over silly colors and trying to be blingy
I can definitely see the shield-less idea 💡 being a good one. I actually like the flag shield but it would at a nice "clean" aesthetic to this one without any shield at all. Great feedback sir!! God bless and ry for tuning in!! 👊👍🙏💯🇺🇸🔪🔥

New Case knives are JUNK... let me explain... They are JUNK... Fit and finish is a joke.. 1 out of every 50 knives are without issues.. I have some CHINA knives that are way better in everything way than new case.. My favorite company from the 20's to the late 80's...everything else is going to be hit and miss till the late 90's early 2000's..after that... If you can't hole it, don't buy it... Case has turned out to be $hit...
