    schoolyardxgamerz I have this car (skyactive edition) and it drives just like any front wheel drive car. Put on some nice winter tires and you're good to go. The car drives and handles well. It's a lot of fun to drive.
    I find the main problem with this car is 1) Wind and road noise is huge 2) Rough on the bum 3) not enough torque and horsepower. When you slam the gas pedal the engine goes into 5k+ RPM, makes a lot of noise, but doesn't actually translate into any torque which is a bummer if you need the extra umph to pass someone or quickly recover after turn.

      +FictionsAndIllusions yeah no thanks. i hate a harsh rough loud uncomfy driving experience. I had a mazda 6 previously. I can deal with road noise, but suspension thats not comfy? NO THANKS!

      +nukka200 What car would you recommend that gives the sporty ride without sacraficing the comfort?

    • @nukka200
      @nukka200 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      FictionsAndIllusions Mazda 6. i had an older one, it was sporty but the suspension was comfy enough that every bump wasn't like a massive pothole.

      How was cornering though? Test drove one and was quite impressed how well the car stay composed on corners. Too bad I didn't end up getting one :(

      FictionsAndIllusions yup mazda 6 is comfortable. road and wind noise is still extremely loud though.

    I just ran the wire along the side of the gauge clutster, tucked it into the steering coloum, and then went to the power outlet.

    Wow, thanks, Janik! The windnoise kinda screwed me in some parts, and I know I could have dont better explaining some things, but tbh, I didnt really wanna refilm any more.
    Yeah! Def. wait till you get the 18s back on, lol. And, I really think you should invest in a Sony Handycam, expecially if youre wantign something more focused for videos.

    Excellent review for a first time, Matt! I want to make something like this for my car but I am going to wait until its a tad nicer out and my 18s are back on. Plus, I want a better camera..

    I am curious which version is this? or where are you from, in my country the Bose is only availabla with the top trim (including leather, electric driver seat, auto climate), but there is a multi info display from the 2nd trim upwards...

    It was like in the 300-350 range, I cant remember the exact amount. Im sure you could find one on Amazon cheaper, tho. Mine's a base HD model (mainly bc I didnt need a hard drive or a built-in projector), i just wish it had a microphone input. I would highly recommend the HandyCam if you're really waanting something thats mainly for videos. If you have any other questions, just let me know. :)

    Manual mode dose make the car faster because it is a -cylinder you get most of your power in the high RPMs and 3ed gear is a power gear

  • @importcarenthusiast

    I guess just the sportyness of it. And I didnt like the new Civic, I really couldnt see the Focus lasting very long, and I didnt wanna wait for the new Impreza.

    did you CGI the engine in instead of just taking off the engine cover?? that was so weird lol

    • @importcarenthusiast
      @importcarenthusiast  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +nukka200 Yes, I decided to purchase a more powerful computer, learn how to do CGI, and then implement that in the video for that few-second long clip. That was so much easier than just pulling the cover off.

    • @nukka200
      @nukka200 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Kimmey's Car Reviews lol CGI is hellA cool, even amateur shit. can you tell me how you did it? I've always wanted to create amateur CGI.

    THAT'S A BALLS LOAD OF WIND NOISE! ROAD TOO. why buy such a new designed car and settle for such un-refinement?? Mazda is cool and everything but i just wouldn't buy one except for a 6. it's the only car in their line that has ANY REFINEMENT AT ALL.

    • @importcarenthusiast
      @importcarenthusiast  8 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      +nukka200 I apologize for not being able to afford the payments on a more expensive car. In the future, I will be sure to buy the most refined vehicle I can regardless of whether or not I can afford it, because that's the only thing that matters in a car right?

    • @nukka200
      @nukka200 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kimmey's Car Reviews lol dude when i said refined, I just meant like a camry. I'm about to just buying like an old 6' camry, spend $6k and it will have more refinement then a mazda 3. dont get me wrong, mazda 3's are extremely cool. when I drive next to one on the road, I even say out loud how stylish it looks! I wasn't bashing your car friend, it's very cool. just as ive gotten closer to 30, I don't care as much about how stylish my car is, but how comfortable it is to drive. because im not looking at it as im driving it lol.

    • @jdmboy7910
      @jdmboy7910 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh dear. Another clueless poster. You have clearly never driven one of these. The level of refinement on these cars is great, plus they go, steer and handle very well. One of the most reliable in class too. Incidently I am a former 6 owner.

    • @importcarenthusiast
      @importcarenthusiast  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +JDM Boy Never driven one? I owned it! For 44,000 miles.

    • @nukka200
      @nukka200 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      JDM Boy LOOL thats not true man! not at all. mazda's have always been known for their road and wind noise, and a stiff ride. you get an engaging fun to drive, efficient car at the price of refinement and comfort, it's a trade off. and I ended up buying a 2014 hyundai elantra, yeah it gets maybe 2 mpg's less then a mazda 3, but it's as quiet and refined as a mid-size high quality car. ALSO its extremely nimble and confident on the road, as much as any standard driver can need, i take it around sharp turns at 75 mph, doesn't even falter or ever lose grip at all. mazda is for car enthusiasts that are obsessed with track-like qualities in a car.
