Me laughing because all this video did was give me a flash back to a vacation I took with my mom and grandma. We live in BC Canada and my grandma owns a place out in Palm Springs. She took us out there for a week during winter. Where we are the coldest it has ever gotten is -32 C anyways. We are out there and it's beautiful the weather is nice not to hot and not cold at all. Well we went shopping and people could tell we were not from around there. All we are dressed in is tank tops and shorts while locals are in jackets sweat pants and winter boots. We had someone walk up to us and ask if we were from Canada or something and loved the fact that we thought it was t shirt and shorts weather.
Tips for amateurs: 1.Padded bras are gold in the cold. 2. Depending on the situation open toes are fine. I wore them with a short dress in -34° weather for New Year's before. While all the rest of the girls were blue and inviting frostbite I wore a parka and snow pants. You've never seen so many pissed off girls and looks of admiration from men in your life, lol. Wisconsin is not a place to look cute outside in club clothes in the winter. Just make sure to get a running start from your car to the door in any type of heels in the cold.
I wouldn't call it an obsession but i only get myself kitten heels because I'm 5'7 (which is tall for girls here) and i always look like a giant with higher heels when I'm with my peers 😭😭 like i wanna get cute heels but they're always too high
You have any thrift shops near you? I always find lightly-used fabulous heels there. I think people buy them new for an event and then yeet them when they're done.
