Considering I am in Real Estate, I think its safe to say John Hicks makes between 93k-140k assuming he has ok-good credit. See, the maximum any reasonable person would qualify you for is 30% of your income for all housing costs. My numbers only count the rent and not bills related to housing. 93k is about what he would make if 3k was 30% of his income, and 140k in correlation to a rental costing 4k. My background, worked for crap Wells Fargo in the mortgage department. Once again this is a rough estimate, if he were to have bad credit, he has to make more to qualify so 3k would be more like 20-25% of his income, which still hits in my range...
