I would like to add something
Bronchitis patients due to difficulty in breathing get fatigued on physical activity & thus become obese and cyanosis makes them bluish, hence called 'Blue bloaters' & Emphysema patients due to decreased recoil of alveoli make extra effort while expiring which makes their face red/pink hence called 'Pink Buffers'.
