    Tqvm Soh. This is the best luncheon meat recipe I ever tried 👍 I used chicken drumstick instead of pork , but add 2 tbsp of lard. It comes out really nice 👍

    Halo, love this video. U mind me asking, the corn flour u used in this video, is it similar to corn starch?

    That looks good! i have all ingredients except red yeast residue. Is the red yeast residue a must?

      Hi Iris. Thanks so much for your compliment. Is not really a must but it taste and looks good. If you can't get to buy it, go without it. I don't recommend red food colouring.

    Hihi, thanks for sharing! Is it possible to add a little red fermented beancurd or maybe just the sauce in place of the red yeast? Cos I don't have this.. 😅

    • @prettysoh6160
      @prettysoh6160  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Priscilla. Yes you may but need to reduce salt cos red fermented bean curd is salty also.

      Yes, of course. Cos the red fermented bean curd tasted quite strong. You can buy the red yeast residue from this contact. Velvet 0125161310

      @@prettysoh6160It looks yummy ! May I know what's five spice powder ? Can I make it without chicken stock and red yeast residue which I don't know where to get ? What is the taste of it ? Thanks so much for your recipe.

    Hi, i don't use self-raising flour for cooking as it will give me a kind of strong taste on the final product. What can I replace it? I saw comment using AP turned out hard. Your advice, please. Thanks.
