Michigan is $50 for LLC and free to register for IRS. Putting that out there for people. Didn’t realize states would be so significantly different in price.
My neighbors would hate me if I had that trailer in my driveway like that. I have a 7x12 trailer and rent a space away from home for my neighbors’ sake. Great information and good luck! 😊

i hadn't heard on next door until seeing your video. in my area it seems to be mostly homeless people asking for stuff. i will give it a try anyway because you never know! I am currently searching for an LBZ and a dump trailer. going to give this "side hustle" a chance and who knows.. hopefully i won't be commuting to the office in the city at some point!

I don’t know about Kansas but in my state in North Carolina you have to have legal structure LLC your Inc. in order to open up a business bank account not to mention insurance
Hello Tyler congrats on your business. The IRS doesn't charge to give you a EIN number. And also most states only charge you a minimum of $30 from secretary of state office did you go thru a 3rd party to get your LLC?

Yes when I get enough to get some money out of it. I do get things that I sell and donate also.
Do you ever donate items to goodwill for the tax wright off?
Never have time, but yea I have it it was nice stuff or clothes I take to the homeless shelter if they aren’t gross. When I clean out people parents house after they pass away I always donate all of the clothes and shoes.
Where can I get Business Liability Insurance for that amount?

This is a tuff gig now nobody wants to pay for trash remember this before you try this I'm in almost a year no work I have a hook lift big money these people are not telling the truth just plates insurance and advertising is over 15k a year 😂

You don’t need one if you don’t hire anybody.

An EIN number is ALWAYS FREE. any other source or site trying to chrage you for that is a SCAM. it is a very common scam targetting small businesses, stay vigilant
I thought about it afterwards. You’re right it’s free. Point of the video is it’s cheap to start this business
@@saturnspeedshop I understand. I fell for the same scam. Luckily I paid for it on my credit card so the credit card company gave me my money back, but boy was I embarrassed.
My wife ALMOST fell for the same scam Luckily she mentioned it before paying for an EIN.
Thanks for the video, I'm looking at picking up a dump trailer for my handyman business. Thinking of also offering junk removal services and dumpster rental.
