Look up the medical reason to get one and pick two that you have. Like pain or insomnia are two things in my state. Even if it is legal in the state. I’ve done this many times. The person just asks you to empty your pockets, puts you in a restroom to do your business and walks away to do other stuff while you are producing the sample.

Most being random I go and I’m told about temperature being out if range. So I get threatened, that I have to be observed, so I’m waiting 3 to 4 hours in the waiting room and I can’t leave , I can’t eat , I drink more water from there cooler. I agree completely. About once a month I will water fast for a day or two, it cleanses my body and I always feel better after doing it. About a year ago, I got pulled in and I had a random, I had been fasting ONLY on water for 2 days and gave them a sample, obviously it was basically pure water and I made this very clear to them.beforehand. They didn't care and marked my test as "diluted" WTF?!?! I had to.retest a day later, to PROVE my innocence. This is Insanity.

I had to take one of these for a hospital job that scanned for freakin nicotine, they said they didnt allow any nicotine use as they wanted their employees to promote a healthy lifestyle. Which is hilarious as every day our cafeteria is full of very obese employees lining up for fried chicken and Mountain Dew. But they ended the nicotine ban after George Floyd died, when all the big corporations were going woke that summer they put out a statement saying "in the wake of the Floyd tragedy we've come to realize our nicotine ban denied minorities job opportunities, therefore we are lifting the ban on nicotine use by employees in their free time. Medical cannabis is still prohibited." Yes, this actually happened.

I started to see hospital systems require a nicotine test as well. I quit vaping four years ago but then started on nicotine lozenges and haven't been able to quit those. They're expensive, but at least I'm not labeled as a "dreaded" smoker. I wouldn't even want to work for a place that was this invasive. You're correct; what comes next? Weighing people, measuring them and saying their BMI isn't ideal so they're probably slow or will have more sick days because they are overweight or underweight? I used to work at a hospital as well. The reason why is because they don’t want anyone addicted to nicotine and a little goes a long way. Hospitals are fast paced institutions and the last thing your coworkers want is someone who needs a smoke break. It’s easier to find and train someone who doesn’t smoke than have an experienced worker who has to take 5 breaks a shift

I have had a medical marijuana card since I got my CDL, it's funny that they don't check such a simple thing such as that, but I guess having the card doesn't necessarily mean that I'm actively using it. I've been able to successfully use synthetic urine for 5 plus years without a single failed test by keeping the temperature within that accepted range of 90 to 100, I generally tape a small bottle to my upper thigh and attach a hand warmer. They have a temperature strip on it so I could verify before I hand it over, The biggest deterrent to this in my experience that has almost gotten me to fail was them timing me and putting their ears to the door listening for anything out of the ordinary. One time my bottle started leaking a little bit but I still managed to get enough into the container everyone thought I pissed myself🤣 Close call!

I am a nurse and I have been drug-tested many times for jobs. They can also do a specific test if they suspect you are stealing meds. Most drug testing facilities drug test their employees.
I know an employer that falsely accused an employee of failing to provide a urine sample then used the lie to terminate that employee for reporting safety violations to the employer. Who/What regulates these things? It is not always the employee that is cheating. I am safety at construction projects and I have seen time after time an employee being singled out by management for termination and safety charged with the task of getting rid of said employee. The lie is that the test is a random and the targeted employee is often on the fake random list and usually they don't even fail. It is often someone else on the fake random list that gets busted and loses their job. I witnessed members of the safety team lie and accuse an employee of failing to provide a sample and they fired him, refused to give him a copy of the chain of custody paperwork and during the test they snuck 2 pictures of his private parts while he was peeing. Who do I report this to, OSHA, CDC, HIPPA the Police. I don't know how to help this person.
I remember some of the labs back in the day asking me to lift up the back of my shirt and pull up my pant legs, but that was like 2009-10 ish. I'm not 100% positive but I think it was Quest or LabCorp. But the last couple times I've had to go they've been pretty laid back, I think even the drug testers is sick of this nonsense by now.

When it comes to being observed, I feel that is a violation of rights and civil law. I feel in todays social climate you could refuse and require a warrant to be observed. If feel this would hold up in ciurt with the right arguments and change the entire process.
I worked for a drug rehab. We would always test people who had gone out on a pass. One way we would prevent cheating is by testing for nicotine. If we knew the sample giver smoked tobacco, we could see nicotine in the test, and we knew they were not cheating. Nicotine is legal. We had no problem with them smoking tobacco. If they are positive for nicotine we knew it was a good sample, with no other intoxicants in the system.

People come to US to get clean from drugs like heroin and meth. We were holding them to account for the agreement we had made with our facility. I have nothing to be ashamed of for my time working for that rehab. I helped a lot of people out of the depths of addiction. Not all of them stayed clean. Many did. I feel proud that I was able to help some people out of that self-destructive cycle. That would never hold up in court. Like we are going to charge them with anything! We were a privet rehab. Didn’t work I’m 6’3 250 drank both packets in a 32oz Gatorade 3 hours before my test and followed up with 2 liters of water. Peed 4 times took the test and came back positive. Didn’t smoke for 6 days. LAB TEST.

No. Water will not work. They test for the Ph and a thing Called “specific gravity”. Water won’t trick these and you will have to retest. However quick fix will work I have used it at both quest and labcorb MULTIPLE times. Make sure to keep the temp 92-100* degrees and buy a strap to hold the bottle around ur thigh.

I think listening is a bit too subjective though in my opinion. Not everybody is going to pee into the center of the bottom of the cup. What if I peed on the sidewall as it dripped down it wouldn't make as much noise. In my opinion that's not a fair way for them to try and say you altered a sample I've never once seen any Tech smell my pee though.., just saying Also, when I was younger I was on probation and supervised P tests were part of the program, I was not able to render a sample with somebody watching me even once throughout the 5 year probation If you have a legitimate anxiety with while somebody is watching you is there any way to get out of the supervised test? Because that is not something that's optional I don't choose not to be able to pee
I think listening from outside the door is also something that can trigger anxiety in a person like me. If I know somebody is standing right outside the door waiting for me I usually have a hard time going

you have to put a lot more research into the test than that. they check the urine temperature, the specific gravity, the Ph levels, etc. I believe temp range is 96-100 F and that is fixed by putting muscle heat pads, which you can buy in any pharmacy OTC, on it, and getting a temp gauge. good luck with big brother. in my experience, I refrigerated my mate's urine immediately, before any Bacteria could grow, then on the day, used a microwave or the car heater on full to heat up.
I drank less than 2 bottles of water and I had a peach tea later on (didn't do a detox or try to cheat I am just one of those people who drinks plenty of water throughout the day) and the lady said my pee was too clear and might be determined as diluted? Should I be concerned? It's for pre-employment.
I stay well hydrated throughout the day it's a necessity in the desert where i live, and pee clear regularly. Never had it be a problem for a drug test and I've submitted more than 1 clear sample.
Take vitamins. Or simply buy some Body Armor drink which contains a lot of vitamins. Or just do both. They will add color to your urine. And yes, if too diluted it can be deemed a false negative or inconclusive. If that happens you'll probably have to give another sample. However for most pre employment they might give you 24 hrs. I'm not sure about that though
I feel guilty trying to pass a test, because it is dangerous for me to be using marijuana with my electrical job. I don't use at work, I do at home and ive had this wonderful job for a long time. Now, we are going to a separate company to work and they require drug testing. It's tomorrow that I have to take the test and im going to at least try to use a good masking drinking, but it's very probable I will be in the unemployment line by week's end. I may be able to pass the test, but I do feel guilty about it.

if a sample collector is listening to someone pee and think they're somehow cheating, is the observed test done right then and there or do they call someone back in? I started to see hospital systems require a nicotine test as well. I quit vaping four years ago but then started on nicotine lozenges and haven't been able to quit those. They're expensive, but at least I'm not labeled as a "dreaded" smoker. I wouldn't even want to work for a place that was this invasive. You're correct; what comes next? Weighing people, measuring them and saying their BMI isn't ideal so they're probably slow or will have more sick days because they are overweight or underweight? I used to work at a hospital as well. The reason why is because they don’t want anyone addicted to nicotine and a little goes a long way.
Hospitals are fast paced institutions and the last thing your coworkers want is someone who needs a smoke break. It’s easier to find and train someone who doesn’t smoke than have an experienced worker who has to take 5 breaks a shift

I have had a medical marijuana card since I got my CDL, it's funny that they don't check such a simple thing such as that, but I guess having the card doesn't necessarily mean that I'm actively using it. I've been able to successfully use synthetic urine for 5 plus years without a single failed test by keeping the temperature within that accepted range of 90 to 100, I generally tape a small bottle to my upper thigh and attach a hand warmer. They have a temperature strip on it so I could verify before I hand it over, The biggest deterrent to this in my experience that has almost gotten me to fail was them timing me and putting their ears to the door listening for anything out of the ordinary. One time my bottle started leaking a little bit but I still managed to get enough into the container everyone thought I pissed myself🤣 Close call!

I know an employer that falsely accused an employee of failing to provide a urine sample then used the lie to terminate that employee for reporting safety violations to the employer. Who/What regulates these things? It is not always the employee that is cheating. I am safety at construction projects and I have seen time after time an employee being singled out by management for termination and safety charged with the task of getting rid of said employee. The lie is that the test is a random and the targeted employee is often on the fake random list and usually they don't even fail. It is often someone else on the fake random list that gets busted and loses their job.
I witnessed members of the safety team lie and accuse an employee of failing to provide a sample and they fired him, refused to give him a copy of the chain of custody paperwork and during the test they snuck 2 pictures of his private parts while he was peeing.
Who do I report this to, OSHA, CDC, HIPPA the Police. I don't know how to help this person.

I remember some of the labs back in the day asking me to lift up the back of my shirt and pull up my pant legs, but that was like 2009-10 ish. I'm not 100% positive but I think it was Quest or LabCorp. But the last couple times I've had to go they've been pretty laid back, I think even the drug testers is sick of this nonsense by now.

I worked for a drug rehab. We would always test people who had gone out on a pass. One way we would prevent cheating is by testing for nicotine. If we knew the sample giver smoked tobacco, we could see nicotine in the test, and we knew they were not cheating. Nicotine is legal. We had no problem with them smoking tobacco. If they are positive for nicotine we knew it was a good sample, with no other intoxicants in the system.

I have nothing to be ashamed of for my time working for that rehab. I helped a lot of people out of the depths of addiction. Not all of them stayed clean. Many did. I feel proud that I was able to help some people out of that self-destructive cycle.

Water will not work. They test for the Ph and a thing Called “specific gravity”.
Water won’t trick these and you will have to retest.
However quick fix will work I have used it at both quest and labcorb MULTIPLE times.
Make sure to keep the temp 92-100* degrees and buy a strap to hold the bottle around ur thigh.

you have to put a lot more research into the test than that. they check the urine temperature, the specific gravity, the Ph levels, etc. I believe temp range is 96-100 F and that is fixed by putting muscle heat pads, which you can buy in any pharmacy OTC, on it, and getting a temp gauge. good luck with big brother. in my experience, I refrigerated my mate's urine immediately, before any Bacteria could grow, then on the day, used a microwave or the car heater on full to heat up.
I drank less than 2 bottles of water and I had a peach tea later on (didn't do a detox or try to cheat I am just one of those people who drinks plenty of water throughout the day) and the lady said my pee was too clear and might be determined as diluted? Should I be concerned? It's for pre-employment.

I stay well hydrated throughout the day it's a necessity in the desert where i live, and pee clear regularly. Never had it be a problem for a drug test and I've submitted more than 1 clear sample.
Take vitamins. Or simply buy some Body Armor drink which contains a lot of vitamins. Or just do both. They will add color to your urine. And yes, if too diluted it can be deemed a false negative or inconclusive. If that happens you'll probably have to give another sample. However for most pre employment they might give you 24 hrs. I'm not sure about that though

I feel guilty trying to pass a test, because it is dangerous for me to be using marijuana with my electrical job. I don't use at work, I do at home and ive had this wonderful job for a long time. Now, we are going to a separate company to work and they require drug testing. It's tomorrow that I have to take the test and im going to at least try to use a good masking drinking, but it's very probable I will be in the unemployment line by week's end. I may be able to pass the test, but I do feel guilty about it.

stroke patients have to complete a specific waiting period before being able to drive. The doctor that did your exam should be able to give you this information.
