I'm pretty sure this is the only song in their repetoire that they could play on regular cable television. I can't imagine them playing "If You Really, Really Love Me" or "Community Property." This was a great move on their part to get more attention. Whether people consider them a parody band or not, they can perform with the best of them and are flying the hair metal flag proudly.

sadly some of the vocalists from the 80s hair metal bands have died and some lost their voices. hopefully new hair metal bands will form again in the future.

What one might forget is that they're exceptionally good musicians who always deliver. I can't remember ever seeing them playing in bad shape. Ralph's always on point which is even more astounding considering that he's almost 60 years old now.

Look at the crowd response. I don't remember seeing any act ever get such a round of applause. Rock music crosses all ethnic and gender boundaries. We need more rockers!!
Probably take this performance with a few grains of salt. The audience knows the producers are looking for big reactions, and I’m sure they’re being coached quite a bit. Plus a lot of the screams sound like they are taken from Audience Sound Effects Library 49.
It's because they actually write songs. Not some random wankfest 9 minute long of 8 strings guitar riffing with 34 tempo changes that nobody outside some circle jerk bedroom guitarist cares about. The song is at the base of everything. BuT MuH MesSUgaH!!1!11!

I know this genre is regarded as a novelty to some, but it never went 'away' its not, a 'trend' or 'fashion',.. its a legitimate genre When you're in the room and this style of music is playing loud and live,.. the power is overwhelming. The skill level necessary to play it is undeniable. In 50 years time people will still be playing ripping solo's and screaming high notes,.. because it fucking rules.

I am in the United Kingdom and saw these guys on concert, they were unbelievable. One of the best concerts I have been to. Love this. Fair play to Simon. We have Britains got Talent finals this week.

Seen these guys last year at the gathering of the juggalos and I instantly became a fan. Their music is so hilarious and authentic that you just can't help but be sucked in.
People don’t give Michael the credit he deserves, his ability to truly lead a live show is insane. His ear is trained so well after all these years of shows that he can keep the band on track even if there are tuning issues or technical difficulties. The talent goes far beyond their instruments for everyone in the band. Their understanding of every aspect of music both studio and live is some of the best. I get their music is purposefully cheesy but people sleep on how well thought out all of it really is and how well they perform live
Saw them live in the UK a couple of weeks ago, first time and it won't be the last, they were absolutely excellent. A packed out crowd going mental and singing along LOUDLY! A superb band. Don't miss seeing them live if they come to your town!

Saw these dudes back in 2013 at the M3 Rock Festival in Columbia MD. They absolutely crushed it!! Was a 3 day festival, 12hrs each day, 2 stages and countless bands and Steel Panther was easily top 3 of all the bands that played. If you haven't seen them live ... do it!! You won't regret it.
The singer, guitarist and bass player were in the Van Halen tribute band, The Atomic Punks, for many years; Michael Starr's impersonation of David Lee Roth is spot on!
It was the guitarist, he can do all the EVH stuff perfectly. And I wish the singer had been on the last VH tour beside Roth, he can actually sing. David Lee Roth acts so weird now and can't sing anything anymore.
Satchel is the most underrated guitarist in the biz, he's a shredder who can play WITH the band and he sings. All are extremely talented and I can't wait to see how they do.. as if having a good time was a full time job.

I love this so much. I met the lead singer in an airport one time and he was so cool. Took a picture with me and everything. Huge fan and think this is awesome they did this. They are comedians with rock skills also
