Onboard 2018 New Flyer XD40

The B62 is one of many routes in the proposed Brooklyn Bus Redesign to have a routing change. Instead of terminating at Queens Plaza, the route would terminate in the neighborhood of Astoria, Queens. The streets it currently runs on would change, and would be branded as a "Limited" Bus Route.
