1) I'll be using either Bizee or Northwest for filing AND for the Reg Agent Service.... *I've already purchased a Virtual Office service with Alliance Virtual Office that I'm planning to use it for EIN, bank, DBA/FBN and all other business filings* ...
Should I use my Virtual Office address for the physical and mailing address when filing for the LLC? . OR - is there a benefit or legal reason to use the Reg Agent address for the LLC filing?
2) I've found affiliate links that make Bizee and Northwest super close in filing costs. Cost aside - do you suggest one over the other?

1 - I don't think there's a reason to use one or the other for the biz addresses, whatever makes sense
2 - I'd pick Northwest, better customer service

Used my Virtual address because I thought it'd be better for banking - and also wanted consistency throughout my docs, registrations, licenses, etc. To me, consistency feels more legitimate ...
Actually ended up going with Bizee - strictly over price. I've spoken with them both on the phone already and yes, Northwest does seem better - but I'm hoping all goes smoothly and I don't need to talk to them again ;)

What's the appropriate role of a formal accountant (CPA) in your S-Corp? You might obviously need one at the end of the year, to help file your S-corp taxes. But is it really important (necessary) to hire a CPA for monthly or quarterly services? If you're comfortable doing payroll/taxes via Gusto/ADP etc, do you need a monthly or quarterly CPA?
It is one of those things that is not necessary for every type of S Corp business, but it can be great for planning and also to avoid bad tax problems at the end of the year. For example, if business takes off and goes from $10K a month to $100K a month ... meet with a CPA asap to avoid a big tax problem
great content,.... I was advised to obtain a virtual address and phone number before forming an LLC. However, I discovered that registering for a virtual phone number requires A2P 10DLC registration, which in turn requires an LLC name and EIN number. I'm uncertain about which step to take first. 🤔
Hm it probably depends on the state but I have not seen a formation form that requires a phone number to be listed publicly? If so then you can get the phone number second
Can you shoot a video on Public Benefit Companies/Corporations and under what general circumstances, we might choose one vs a non-profit?

I am not us citizen, and want to open Etsy shop(digital goods). All i need is some representative who will close all my tax operation (at the end of the year as far as I know) which option would you recommend? Like I need llc just to be registered in Etsy and thats all)
I'd recommend Doola since you are not a US citizen, and they also have some options for handling your tax stuff
