Bizee LLC Formation In 2024: Worth It Or Waste Of Money?

- Planning to start a business and want to make sure Bizee (formerly Incfile) is the right choice to form your LLC? In this video, I’m going to talk through the process of registering an LLC through Bizee and highlight their packages, what add-on services may be a waste of your money, and a few things that I think Bizee does well - and not so well against the popular LLC formation services. As an added bonus, I'll also talk about what the other "influencers" don't mention, which is, do you really need to use an entity formation service and how to do it yourself.

I haven't yet decided. I'm starting a food cart in michigan and having the help with bizee in finding all the licenses I need would be great. But, I have spent 3 weeks searching and I think I have found a solid answer there. I like the idea o having it done for me. So I'm at a solid 94% set on using them. And I will use your link!
@@angelazeigler2904 The most challenging licenses for food carts tend to be the health department and the city requirements for mobile vendors.

After you create an LLC through Bizee or any other website..do they have any ownership of the LLC? And does the "title" or paperwork of the LLC get emailed to me if i use Bizee's address?
Regardless of who you use to file the LLC paperwork, they will not own the LLC.
You would likely see their name as the Organizer. This is the person or entity who filed the paperwork and is who the state will contact if there are questions about the filing. The Organizer may or may not also be an owner, and let's say you were filing the paperwork yourself, you would be the Organizer and owner. A formation company, attorney, etc who fills out and submits the paperwork is the Organizer but not an owner.
The other place where you might find Bizee's name is as a Registered Agent if you hire them to serve that role. Just like the Organizer, the Registered Agent doesn't have any ownership of the LLC.

You can operate as an LLC, but you won't be able to register your business with TH-cam until the channel is monetized since there won't be any money exchanged until then.

I remember forming an LLC when it was still incfile and I had to send additional documents to the Secretary of state to complete the LLC such as inventory, website, etc. I just purchased another LLC today and there was nothing tell me I would need more info. Am I missing something or will I get an update I need to send in other info? For context the first LLC was in MT the second is in MN. Hoping the answer is that Bizee handles everything and in a few weeks time ill have an LLc.

Every state has different requirements and the Minnesota application is pretty straightforward. They do request additional info about the business, but it is voluntary. I am from INDIA. I have a Shopify store and want to promote my products through Pinterest ads. For that, I need an LLC to register my business in the USA. I see Bizee's basic plan as useful. From your experience and knowledge can you tell me if basic plan is enough for Pinterest and Shopify. Also is basic plan enough to set up and run TikTok Shop. Please give me your best advice as soon as possible. Looking forward.
Bizee's basic plan will be enough, though there will still be a few things to register for. The essential part of the Bizee basic plan is the creation of an LLC with the state and a registered agent, which is needed unless you have someone physically living in the state of formation to act as the registered agent.
You will still need to register for a FEIN and state tax department. Bizee can do this for a fee, though you can do it free yourself:

The EIN process literally takes five minutes so something has to be up. Have you contacted customer service? If it's been 6 months, I would consider calling to see what the issue is.
