Nice setup. I just put a full FXRT fairing kit on a 2019 Street Bob and was having a rattling noise for a while. I finally figured out that it was due to the connectors for the headlight rattling inside the mounting bracket. I'm not sure if your bracket is the same but I just wanted to throw it out there in case it helps you.
Thinking about doing the FXRT fairing on my 22 street bob. How do you like the look of it with the 3.5 gallon tank? Or I’m thinking about just getting a low rider and adding the fxrt fairing to it.

They look pretty cool, although 3 times the price of the Vikings. I will say this though, the paint on the Vikings is Super Delicate! They Chip and Scratch real easy. But still, for the price, they're pretty amazing. I just wish they were a little bigger and available without the Shock Notches.

I think the noise could be the windshield to fairing connection, one or the other flexes.

The rattle may be from the headlight. Common issue
the vibrating noise is coming from the head mount block
How does the bike handle at high speeds with that fairing?

Check out FXR Division FXRP bags they are sick! Would look great on your bike with that fairing and they are hard bags no worry about them.

How’s the wind protection?
Just double check the Fasteners on you're Headlight and the Headlight Surround , Could Quite Possibly be One or the Other Bro.
Check cables for noise/rattles

The amp was the toughest part for my installation. I had to fabricate a mount that sits on top of the headlight and inside the fairing.
Head head bucket probably is rattling. IMO.
If u gonna go fast then u need the gauge relocation
