My favorite was the loops look with the longer tail, I need to try that for a change lol I always get stuck with the same look because I didn’t know what else to do with the ribbon 🎀 For the top of my tree 🌲 I made a huge bow and I let the tails fall naturally. It's very pretty, it will be beautiful when finished. I've never used ribbon in the tree, guess I never got the hang of it.

Thanks for watching! You can often find thicker velvet or burlap wired ribbon at Michaels that usually lasts well outdoors.

I'd probably do the coiling method. If I was to do tucks on a real tree, I'd use floral wire or twist ties to help hold it in place.

I use about 20 yards for my tree with extra for wrapping gifts. It depends on the look you want!
