Recipe :
Boneless chicken - 300g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano - 2 tsp.
Let marinate for 20 minutes
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 20 g
Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 10 minutes)
Potatoes - 2-3 pieces (300g)
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1/2 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Cover and fry the vegetables in a frying pan for about 20 minutes
Sauce:
Honey - 36g
Mustard - 14 g
Sweet Chili Sauce - 24g
Soy sauce - 24 g
Lemon juice - 10g
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
