the reason the flag is blue and purple is because traditional cossack colors are, light blue, blue, yellow, light purple, red and black.

Stakuyi When you get to Russia there’s a super OP path where you go socialist and get a leader who unlocks a focus that gives stupidly powerful buffs.
If I remember correctly you can get up to 125% monthly population growth, a HUGE boost to your industry and can get up 5 million manpower on volunteer only (may be over exaggerating here but you get the idea lol)

In countries with both a king and a head of state, if you click the bottom right part of the portrait, you flip between the head of government and head of state

the almighty don host actually is a pretty good nation with an expansive focus tree and when you do play them I would you go suggest you to go for the German puppet path because you can form a sorta German Russian empire and crown Wilhelm as the tsar (which can happen with serval different nations i think about 4 or 5 maybe more I can't remember) there is also the German collaboration path which I think is less interesting
@Stakuyi I believe you may have missed Abyssinia? For some reason its listed as Ethiopia in the wiki, but in-game it appears to be Abyssinia, kind of like how the Almighty Don Host isn't in the wiki either.

Hey Stakuyi, I was brought to your channel feom your history stuff and have stuck around for you gameplay, and I've enjoyed it so much I've even went and started playing HOI4 myself. I'm a big fan if this style of game, but am finding that I'm a bit overwhelmed by everything, i tried a french game and baffled at how to do most things. Do you have any civilization recommendations that might ease the learning curve?
Do you have a set schedule for the a-z series, or is it more like "whenever Stakuyi feels like it?" I'm just curious 🤗

I know it’s a long way off but when you get to the puppet of the Princely Federation (I forgot their name) when they have their elections you can put a sorta-french dynasty on the throne and break free when/if they collapse

I can’t get over how goofy the Alash borders look compared to Kazakhstan’s. It looks like Kazakhstan if it was bonked on the head.
Do you think you could do a video about General James Gavin from WW2? He definitely belongs on your 'badasses of history' list. He was one of the last true combat generals in American history. He had a saying, 'leaders should be first to jump and last at the chow line.' That makes more sense when you know he commanded paratroopers. His unit also had one of the best kill counts of enemy soldiers. He encouraged his soldiers to go for hand to hand combat as often as possible because hand to hand was one of the most neglected disciplines for nazi soldiers. They had a strong tendency to panic when attacked that way.

I looked up a list of the countries in Kaiserredux. Since Hungary is part of Austria-Hungary, he should be getting to it relatively soon. I hope you enjoy the video when it is released!

While you PROBABLY wont see this comment, i recomend trying out Ashes of Libertad, its still a demo-ish mod but its more then worth checking out
You really need a mod that doesn't make you wait until 50% global unrest to declare war. It is such an arbitrary and unfun game mechanic that forces you to wait around for no reason and is a recurring theme in these videos of small countries without focus trees
