@@recycleman975 I wouldn't say so, I know these 1.6HDI and 2.0HDI in and out, I've taken many of them apart and put them back together, I've replaced whole engines in mostly Peugeot Partners and Experts (in other PSA cars too, but mostly those two), they last 500k km easily if you change the oil every 15k km max and put at least average quality diesel in it. I've worked on a Peugeot Partner 1.6HDI with 600k km, still going strong. You just need to take at least some care with it and it'll run well. The ones that I had to rebuild/replace were damaged because people didn't take care of them. Most often they had damaged camshafts, cracked pistons and damaged conrod bearings.
