The Car is the 2021 Volvo XC60 B4 Mild-Hybrid AWD. It has a 1969 cm³ (120,1 cu in) 4 Cylinder Bi-Turbo charged Diesel engine producing 197 Ps (145 kW; 195 hp) at 4000 rpm and 420 Nm (310 lbf⋅ft) at 1750-2750 rpm.
It is equipped with a 8-speed manumatic automatic transmission driving all four wheels.

This is not a diesel but over all the Volvos are not bad at normal speed non autobahn speed but not better or worse then the competition

Sorry but you are sure that the decibel meter works correctly and that it is calibrated because I really can't imagine that this car only has 71 decibels of interior noise at top speed ... I can hardly believe it ...?

Hi Andre, yes very certain the Decibel are correct, we have a second Decibel meter from different brand and both show almost identical results. most cars are within a very similar range when compared at the same speed.

Yes in the european market they made it a mild hybrid engine in 2020 and changed the name from T4 or T5 to B3,B4,B5 only the T6 and T8 kept the name. Also the model number of the 2.0 engine volvo is using has always been B4..... so maybe thats the reason behind the change
