I been there bro just keep your head up and with the knowledge I seen in this video I'm sure you'll have no worries. Take care my friend and you just gained a sub. Keep up the great work 👍
I also have a 2001VFR. Had 15,000 on it when I bought it 5 years ago. I now have 72,000. I do all my own maintenance . Have changed bearings including steering stem to tapered. Put on ABM straight bar, very comfortable. 520 conversion chain 2 up rear sprocket more torque . This bike is a joy to cruise. I go out for a couple hours and can cruise very fast easily. The more you ride it will grow on you. I'm 66 don't need to change. Good luck.
This bike has an enricher when starting instead of choke, no need to twist throttle when starting. Let it warm up before getting on it. Could be wax idle.
@@joelbrittenour8197 that’s awesome! These are such cool bikes, I can’t wait to get it running. I ride my cb550 cafe racer mostly lately and it’s miserably uncomfortable. 50-100 miles and my wrists and back are over it! It’ll be nice to have another comfortable bike I can put some miles on.

Thank you, I really appreciate that. And thanks for the sub!

@@joelbrittenour8197 yeah, I’ve heard it’s important to let them warm up
