Not many likely remember Tropical storm Anges in June of 1972. It rained for a solid week here in Pennsylvania and was the most devastating flood ,since the flood of 1936. I was 10 years old and remember it well. My father had newspaper articles from Scranton pa area where caskets were popping out of the ground,it was so saturated.
@@ZakRios333 We don't have hurricanes - especially stronger one's - constantly and the last catastrophic hurricane before Maria was a very long time ago. Why should I bar myself from - at least - hoping. Actually the percentages do favor me year by year.
@@ZakRios333 Of course I'm talking about direct hits and not about near misses or hurricanes, in the Caribbean, that don't affect us at all. Your comparison of Canada and snow to Puerto Rico and hurricanes is WAY off.
I like this guy. He teaches as he delivers the weather. I always learn something.

I am so sorry chamis-dt4wc 😢😢
We have lost power here on St Croix
Stay safe 🙏🏾
Blessings!
Currently in San Juan, PR tonight has been mostly windy with little rain in between
It's been pouring and electricity, surprisingly, is still holding
I'm in Puerto Rico, nice
When I was in middle school we were out for 2 weeks due to Irene and then a snowstorm on Halloween a week later. It was insane
I'm in Puerto Rico and Oh my goodness! I don't want no more hurricanes. 😟
Blessings to PR, Virgin Islands and the rest of islands. Hope everything goes well.
You’re aware where Puerto Rico is right? They will always have hurricanes..that’s like living in Canada and not wanting snow lol
