Usually the instructions say, the fuel pump must be installed on a 30-60 degree angle. I saw that your fuel pump on the new install was installed at 0 deg. , horizontally. Perhaps that was the problem with the original fuel pump, just wondering...

Sailing Panda my wife and I sailed from Newfoundland , to The Azores, then Maderia, , to the Canary Islands then across to San Maarten in the Carribean,. let me know if you need any advice, but it looks like you guys got it well under control.. btw autopilot or windvane? I put an entirely new autopilot on our IP 35 before we left, no problems with it so far...
Nice! No windvane unfortunately, but so far good luck with the electronic autopilot. We are looking forward to warmer climates...your route was well suited for that!

I tried that with the old, made no difference. Even force fed fuel above it! Oh well, the new one works a charm 🥰
