Amazing series you've made. What you found at the end of the road is the remains of a US Coast Guard LORAN station. It was moved to another site in 1984. I think the new site is decommissioned now as well.

Hi bro nice video I see you are using faber tanks too and wonder why you dont use the low pressure 2460 psi tanks .They take less time to fill and are easier on your compressor.

Great video. I have to say I am ashamed that I live about 5 miles from the Northern end of Strangford and you have explored it more than me! So many questions for you. How did you get the boat here? Where have you travelled from? Are there any mooring fees or permissions required to sail about the Lough? (I am aware there are some restricted areas you need special permission to dive in.) I would like to spend a few weeks afloat on the Lough but maybe at a time when its a bit calmer. Glad you enjoyed the Soda bread. Nice plug for Warren, who owns the bakery who made them. Great video, I think the only thing I would comment about is, as you said, your choice to chose the heavier RIB instead of the lite weight version. The other thing is in order plane quickly you want your weight forward so I would never put the seat in the aft location slip a piece of pvc tube over the outboard handle as an extension and sit forward! I agree it kind of sad that with such a great product Highfield provide a relatively cheap quality seat bag.

So much misinformation from people that have no idea what they are talking about. VIP is an industry scam, but not a bad idea, and it is not a regulatory requirement, some scuba shops require a yearly vip sticker for profit. A hydro is a regulatory requirement for transportation, and for common sense. Bauer, mantis, coltri, and quincy are probably not using space age tech for their $3k price tag. Steel sleeve, steel rings, cast iron, and stainless tubes. Obviously those manufactures have far superior designs but the fact of the matter is that any compressor is only marginally less healthy or risky. In this video he installed an after market 3 or 4 stage filtration system, look at Tuxing stuff $200. I personally would install an inline 6" filter at the filling joint also. I would drain and then fill the compressor with diester oil. Like "MAC breathing air" $150. You still have to have a 3 or 4 stage filter. It is CO that will kill you and this setup does not have a CO converter nor meter. Simple enough - buy a CO meter with .1 ppm resolution for $200 and test each fill. CO is created when the piston temp boils off oil, at least I think so. Lower your head and piping with fans or water. Obviously an in take pre-filter with desiccant and hepa .3 micron filter will help with the downstream process. Lastly for all you nerds without experience - send your air to "tri air testing", "airchecklab", or anyone of the dozens of labs to see what you built. It's about $175 to test your air. I would suggest testing your CO at every fill and quality testing when you fell that your filters are saturated. Regardless of your decompression theory or ideology, everyone has a guesstimate, you have to test or your asking for trouble. Please stop with the hypothesis, speculation, and guessing comments. From my perspective - you design, test, implement and test. I am sure I missed a few steps. If you know more than I do please correct me.
