I'm confused. I want to know WHY you are breathing so fast? I already have short shallow breathing so I do this exerciser with long and much much slower breaths and build up how long I can inhale and exhaling twice as long. I'm not understanding how quick short breathing is increasing your lung capacity? That makes this video very confusing for me. ?????
I have two questions. 1. Is there any rest between each 30 breathes series in one exercise? 2. Is there any rest between each exercise? 3. Does it practice before playing/ practicing our wind instrument? If yes, how long should I rest after doing the breathing exercise and before the instrument practice?
