Here is Amy's reply Abdur: SAP has replaced Qaaws and publishing a web service from Webi Rich Client in 4.2 with the new Building queries on a Web Intelligence Document data source option. Your existing web services will no longer work as data sources for Webi documents. However, in KB3100832, SAP states, “If you want to use existing Query as a Web Service & Document as a Web Service, you can leverage SAP BusinessObjects RESTful Web Service SDK, please refer to the SAP BusinessObjects RESTful Web Service SDK User Guide for Web Intelligence and the BI Semantic Layer.” From: help.sap.com/viewer/0ef63ba725cd41a8ab4a69c226ec6b07/4.3.1/en-US If you have any other questions let us know!
Hey Harisree, sorry for the delay on our reply. I pushed this question to our consultant Amy who hosted the session and here reply was: "Do you mean reports with .jpg images do not display the image? It may be because the image is not on the server in the same location where it is expecting to find it." Let us know if this helps and if you have any follow up info/questions I will relay it over to her.
Can I upgrade straight from 4.2 sp08 to 4.3?
