    That's why I like used oilfield pipe...$30 for a 32ft stick! I really wish I'd put my Heli up on a tower like my i1500 so I could bring it down easy. Glad to see yours going up! Looking forward to seeing your numbers!

      Dude oil field pipe is the bomb! I brain farted that one, we have a couple guys up here that sell it.
      Had it up last night...so far so good, saw 20 amps (24 volts) in bursts in medium gusty blustery winds.

      Are you talking about oil drilling pipe ?

      Could you please help me with set up, controllers, battery, dump load, rectifier, relays. I bought 3 instabreeze i2000s didn’t realize finding compatible products and good information was going to be so difficult.

    Excellent video, wish I had seen it before I did my installation. My generator works ok but the istabreeze controller is rubbish - mppt type devices are vastly superior.

    if im using a 48v wind turbine , can i use a dc to dc converter to use it on a 24v battery system. 19 to 72v input puts out a steady 23 to 28v (user selectable) rated at 1000w 40amps.. and have a voltage set relay to come on when the batterys are fully charged as a dump to a water heater, or does morningstar ts45 work with lithium lifepo4 batteries , and not just lead acid

    • @Teknopottu
      @Teknopottu ปีที่แล้ว

      You could use a converter if it supports the 48-100V your turbine is propably going to input.
      Better to use controllers with braking capability if you don't want your turbine to break after the first storm.

    what brought you to use the ista breeze brand for your source of wind power ??? theres just soooo many to look over . 1 of the big reasons i appreciate what your doing here . Great video ! Thanks , now to go thru them all ...'''

      I happened across toys for watts, and he had a bunch of the cheap ebay turbines he'd been using for several years. The ista Breeze happened to rate pretty good with him.
      Thanks for watching😀👍

      Would you say the storage batteries are the biggest part of the total cost .? Batteries are not all created equal , have you favorites for them ? Thanks

    I live in France..sorry for my english.Thank you for your video! I just bought an I2000w. How high is your mast? How many Kw per year do you produce with your wind turbine

    • @veggitarianredneck
      @veggitarianredneck  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not really sure, and my wind here is not really consistent but I would guess in the neighborhood of around 100 kw hours per year.
      My mast is 30 ft
