спасибо за обзор! На счет Proxxon расстроился, - если я работаю на токарном станке (а я токарь), то режим поставлю допустимо-разумно жесткий, а на чистовых - мягкий. Лучше я что-нибудь советское приобрету. Уж они-то мои любимые режимы держут норм.

Хочу дома поставить себе что нибудь малошумное,но оказалось что этот критерий гораздо труднее совместить с другими,чем все остальное.
@@stepan_bugakov Если мы про ЧПУ фрезер/гравер, то там применяется высокооборотистый шпиндель = высокий уровень шума. Если про настольный фрезерный по металлу - там шпиндель тише, но приводится в движение через шестеренчастую передачу, шестерни = шум. А в токарных чаще всего ременной привод, очень тихий. Ну и от двигателя тоже зависит, в китайские настольные станки часто ставят коллекторные двигатели с очень шумными щётками
Proxxon это КИТАЙСКОЕ БАРАХЛО ЕСЛИ КТО НЕ ЗНАЕТ !!! Соотношение цена/качество НИЖЕ НЕКУДА, ВЫБРОШЕННЫЕ ДЕНЬГИ ! И сервис в Москве, в котором на предъявление брака вам скажут - "А ВЫ, ЧТО САМИ НЕ МОГЛИ НАПИЛЬНИКОМ ИСПРАВИТЬ ?!!!!!!" Больше ничего не покупаю под названием Proxxon.

Anyways, screws and nuts aside, all main parts of the machine (the frame, chuck, gears, motor etc) are made in your factory in Germany or Europe? Proxxon has its own machine shop that manufactures all parts that require machining. Motors are most likely sourced in Japan, Taiwan or China. In the past Proxxon used motors from Italy in their woodturning lathe.
Since I have been working for Proxxon (16 years) we have only had one issue with a defective motor, one bent spindle y-spindle, and a few damaged handwheels due to shipping damage for the FF 230. We recently repaired a couple of FD 150/E. The damages were the result of operator error. One of them was a fried motor that the customer admitted putting too much load on. The other one with a bent spindle on the cross slide for putting too much pressure on.
Какую пургу несёшь да на алишке полно резцов 8 на 8, а что бы быстрее работать купи на свой новый китаец быстросменную резцедержку и поменяй резцы со сменными пластинами.

Proxxon PD насколько мне известно производитель не Китай а Германия.

А какая разница по шумности между станками?
Proxxon намного тише, скорее всего, из-за двигателя. Шестерни звучат в обеих станках примерно одинаково, у них обеих главный привод на ремнях.
