When Archer does eventually (and tragically) end, somebody please give Lucky Yates his own show! Live action, animated, sock puppets, don't care as long as he's talking in it.

Just hearing Jessica Walters voice makes me tear up, rip Mallory Archer you will be missed.
This is by far the best interviewer I've ever seen. Tactful, patient, gentle with his guidance, always inclusive... Shit.
Yeah he's able to get gold from them, questions that provoke long responses, really impressed me
And the ability jump on gold in the actors' responses.
He is very good, and I didn't expect that when I saw his tiny, sleepy eyes. I love how he handled Jessica's reluctance to engage in the dirty talk near the end. Very professional and respectful.

I can't get over the fact that they all record separately and only see each other in interviews/press...their chemistry on-screen and off seems like they must spend every day together!
Incredible interviewer. Asked all the right questions and kept the guests on task and was barely noticeable. Give him a raise for sure!

Of all the actors and actresses of the MAIN Archer characters, Amber Nash is the only one whose natural voice doesn't really sound at all like the voice of her Archer character. Every other star actor and actress seems to have at least a little of their Archer character's voice in their own natural voice.

The question is: Who would play Archer in real life? Ian Somerhalder. But they have to get the character right. Not some drunk who just like a f***. He's egotistical, doesn't like to think too much, impatient, often thinking out of context, throws in an unexpected fact once in a while (authors, inventors, etc), loves to be in the Danger Zone, loves his cars, etc. Action fella who is emotionally tone deaf.
Actually they should do ONE scene and that could be in the extra section of the dvd set, i wouldn't mind.
Henrik Anchelia a live action scene they can use in an ad for the show or maybe a weird “dream” a character has or something could be really cool! And it would be really funny if they made it intentionally bad (like those live action adaptations of anime and stuff where the actors have shitty wigs and shitty special effects!)

Huge fan of the show and while I enjoyed seasons 8 9 & 10, I’m so glad they’re back to cannon archer.
jessica walter and jeffrey tambor are an unmatched duo. literally the funniest characters in both archer and arrested development. I always shipped them until i learned that jessica walter was married to Ron's voice actor in real life since 1983. He passed away in 2019, so the archer tribute to her always makes me cry bc it's her and ron on a beach together again (':

I've never really understood why they record the voice actors separately. I get that they have to do multiple takes to get the inflections right, and to try to match the anticipated animation, but it still seems like more work than necessary.
It's less because then they don't have to get everyone's schedules to line up especially as they live in different parts of the country. It's not practical for them to record together. But it's not impossible in animation, i mean Bob's Burgers does it. It's just not possible for the Archer cast to do
