The task for the Mustang is the only one I can't get because I'm so bad for tandem 😅 You have to do 100 points for the leader and 100 points for the chase and you have to do it 3 times. I'm still around 90/95 so I'm going to wait the task is over to probably get a new one 😅
as in the video play against yourself. make a easy lead so you can chase yourself very closely

I was able to finish la block, but red rock just seems ridiculous even when I have perfect lines.
Offline tandem.drift makes it easier
Just do tandem drift in single player for the mustang it will make getting this car less of a pain👍🏾

I just noticed my cars got removed after the task manager reset. I had 4 of 5 cars and now my progress got lost for this cars.

I dont have the task tab available in the main branch of things it just says settings and whats new, ive tried deleting and reinstalling, im on the steam version of car x, any help would be appreciated thanks
Did you select a moddable version in betas? If yes, you have to go back to the normal, non-moddable version. It says this even in game. Try to go to multiplayer. And when you press pause, there should be a "tasks" window and if you click it it says go to main branch.

count down on the the task is 27 days… is that when the actual update drops ?
Noone knows. I think the challenges reset or change after the days are up

just started playing again and i only have 7 days to go until the tasks expire... tried the mustang one and i can't for the life of me get 100 3 times. and for the time attack ones i feel like this game is not meant for track racing, as much as i tune the brakes and put grip tires i feel like brakes are useless :( If they put the cars in the store eventually ill just get them like that, i don't have time to git gud till they expire.

@@MooseRidez did all 3 leads in tandem, but i can't chase to save my life. Managed to do it a couple of times in parking map but it won't give you points on that one

That Mustang task unironically sucks. I don't understand why the other tasks are all grindy and then the best car of the update might as well be exclusive to pros

Its way harder on wheel. Super easy on a controller.
@@TURBOMOOSE really? Cause I get docked power for corrections all the time. I thought wheel would be easier due to how smooth it is.
Nah any correction on the wheel gets hit for correction. But it doesn't take away from the points. It's more of a warning before it faults you to a loss
