No place for kids, even not for 1... Stairs are not too good for retired people too... Al that budget idea is not nice, normal family needs 100 - 150 m2 for comfortable life with 2-3 kids... This house is great for loner or like guest house for travel in some nice camping style village.

My only observations are that I would not survive without a bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom, and there is a serious shortage of storage (i.e. no closet or dresser in the bedroom). I would put the full bath upstairs (including the cloths washer) and a simple toilet downstairs with the desk.

I love your design but it looks bigger than it would be. Only flushing toilet and washbowl are on second floor instead of working area. Working area is moved to be at the corner beside the bed. Is it possible to be like this? Straight stairlift is used for old age.
Using more carbon fiber as well as glass fiber fans, building up LEGO bricks of this size, nobody must live in slum dirty locations anymore, if not employees, some people could pay the rent on volunteering to build up such future structures, think about it fans, this is a genius idea

But my objection to this ideea is the lack of storage ( near the entrance ) for shoes,clothes or umbrellas.
Do naked people live here? With the exception of the office/study area, there isn't any storage for clothes, shoes coats etc.

Make the rooftop into a patio. Even with grass if You like.
Or perhaps sun panels for electricity.
