I like this one, tiny but can house 2-3 families, seriously. 5 bedroom with 3 bathroom is crazy for a space that small. Although good luck with 3 families with only a sofa and a TV for the living room.

Hi can you make a 4-storey house with roof deck, garage, 5 bedrooms ( 2 of which with own cr) , dirty kitchen, dining area, small pantry, laundry area, sala… for a lot size of around 50sq meters (points a to b:4.5meters, points b to c:12m, points c to d:4m, points d to a: 16m). The lot has 2 access roads, one is lower (points a to b) than the other (points d to a, can be on the 3rd floor). Tnx 😊😁
G/F are 2 small BR for couple each room plus mini office, T&B , small area for dining and garage 2/F are the kitchen, dining, family hall and rooms with balcony 3/F, rooms with balcony and laundry area ♥😍😍😍
