I like this one, tiny but can house 2-3 families, seriously. 5 bedroom with 3 bathroom is crazy for a space that small. Although good luck with 3 families with only a sofa and a TV for the living room.

Hi can you make a 4-storey house with roof deck, garage, 5 bedrooms ( 2 of which with own cr) , dirty kitchen, dining area, small pantry, laundry area, sala… for a lot size of around 50sq meters (points a to b:4.5meters, points b to c:12m, points c to d:4m, points d to a: 16m). The lot has 2 access roads, one is lower (points a to b) than the other (points d to a, can be on the 3rd floor). Tnx 😊😁

Baka pwd po ng request ng 50sq house design na yung pinaka ground floor ay parking area at tindahan tapos yung second floor ay living room at kusina tapos may isang room din tapos sa 3rd floor ay room na dalawa
