Padurea cu povesti nemuritoare/Forest of Immortal Stories - Manifesto

„Pădurea Poveștilor Nemuritoare” s-a născut din dorința de a proteja unii dintre cei mai vârstnici și spectaculoși fagi ai Europei. Nu trăim îndeajuns de mult să ne spunem povestea, însă acești arbori seculari sunt aproape nemuritori, nu-i așa? O pot face ei pentru noi. Pe pajiștile de la Nucșoara, am ales 2544 de fagi seculari, un număr simbolic ce-l egalează pe Moldoveanu, cel mai înalt vârf din Carpații României. Sunt martori ai timpului, valori de patrimoniu, surse esențiale de sechestrare a carbonului datorită vârstei lor, izvor de aer curat și experiențe viitoare.
Oferă-le povestea ta și dă-le o nouă viață adoptând unul dintre arbori! Sau, de ce nu, mai mulți!

The "Forest of Immortal Stories" project was born from the desire to protect some of Europe's oldest and most spectacular beech trees. We don't live long enough to tell our story, but these age-old trees are almost immortal, aren't they? They can do it for us. On the meadows of Nucșoara, we chose 2544 centuries-old beech trees, a symbolic number that equals Moldoveanu, the highest peak in the Romanian Carpathians. They are witnesses of history and heritage treasures, essential sources of carbon sequestration due to their age, source of clean air and future experiences. Give them your story and give them a new life by adopting one of the trees! Or, why not, more than one!
