Spirit of the Forest | WaterBear

‘Spirit of the Forest’ showcases the ancient beech trees of Nucșoara and the people of this community. The documentary is produced by WaterBear Network, the first interactive streaming platform dedicated to the future of our planet, in collaboration with Foundation Conservation Carpathia and Jack Wolfskin.
From the ultimate dream to create the Făgăraș Mountains National Park and to contribute to the conservation and restoration of natural ecosystems, Foundation Conservation Carpathia together with Nucșoara Municipality Town Hall have created the project ‘Forest of Immortal Stories’. Its aim is to preserve 2,544 ancient beech trees through adoption and to promote the area as a touristic spot with high natural value.

Ar fi fost minunat sa avem caption si in romana, sa le putem arata si parintilor/bunicilor si overall sa i putem educa si pe romanii care nu stiu engleza despre padurile pretioase din tara lor. Sunt o multitudine de filme/documentare educationale si omagii aduse naturii in engleza si nu numai si prea putine in romana. Initial am fost extrem de entuziasmata si voiam sa fug spre parinti sa le arat :) Felicitari oricum pentru munca voastra si pentru protejarea esentei vietii. Si multumim.
