We fish 70 miles a night with 2500 hooks mahi fishing put about 20 000 on the boat every 3 to 4 nights,thats moving weight

We usually fish 600 ft plus 45 miles offshore tuna dolphin wahoo eventually move inshore 20 miles get some Grouper I love my Sea Vee it takes me home no matter the weather we use Beals 38 and Duffy 45 for commercial fishing Giant Tuna your doing great good action love to fish Try keeping a peanut dolphin alive but hooked off your stearn the dolphin attracts the school to follow #8 hook and squid you ll catch hundreds

This was a great video, but I was wondering why you would try to hook 2 or 3 then reel it in instead of just focusing on one fish at a time. Could someone please explain.

Haha...Did anyone ELSE notice when he spins his head around as he's viewing everything going on, the are NO BUILDINGS in view from the shoreline???? These guys are friggin 30 miles away from any recognizable landmark, making it impossible to recognize the locale and be better fisherman ourselves.
Bro.... with a few kinda rare geographical and timing exceptions you won't typically find Mahi within sight of shore (sometimes you will hear of certain piers especially in southeast florida having mahi ). Also most times you're not fishing bottom structure for Mahi youre looking for weed lines or floating debris like the stick they found floating . Once you're in or around the gulf stream you just look for birds on the horizon and weedlines/floating debris. They aren't trying to keep anyone from getting better.

Practice sustainability. Consider some level of catch and release in your videos.
