I’m from Vegas and I had my son in May. It was starting to got hot but I am so thankful I didn’t have to be pregnant in the Vegas summer 😭 shout-out to all the pregnant momma suffering this heat 💖
I'm childfree so I don't have first hand experience with it but I live in South Carolina and both my older sister and best friend LOATHED being pregnant. It's hell here normally (average summer weather is 90's to low 100's with high humidity) so I can't imagine going through it while being pregnant 😱 My best friend pretty much just camped out in her parent's house the entire time it was hot only leaving when she absolutely had to whereas my sister is really social, hates being inside and loves being around people so while it was hot she still went out but definitely not as much as she would have if she wasn't pregnant. Another reason why i'm childfree 🤣
I took a break from true crime for my mental health and now that I watch this again I remember and realize truly how freaking crazy people are. We should really be grateful for the peace in our lives.

Pregnancy is absolutely wonderful! Yeah, things change in our bodies, but they're manageable. I worked (waitressed) till 40 weeks. Most everyone I know did as well
I'm just a few weeks behind her (31 weeks) and I can attest to how miserable it is during the summer ;.; she is doing so much, so inspiring! All I want to do is beach in front of my portable fan at home.
I feel so awful for Sheri Papini's kids. The stress of thinking their mom is missing and the emotional rollercoaster of her coming home and now this. How selfish do you have to be to drag the ones you love through this kind of bs?

The case about Sherri is so infuriating. I cannot believe she got so little jail time. The Latino community was extremely hurt by this case as the stigma around Latinos being involved in kidnapping crimes only grew from her false allegations. She absolutely disgusts me.

As someone who lives in South Carolina, the whole Murdaugh case has been insane to watch unfold. From all of the theories, to the fraud charges and all of his enemies, to learning about the unaliving for hire (and the dude missed), to then finding out that he alledgedly lured his wife to her death, it has just been a lot to take in this past year. He is clearly a very bad person, and he deserves EVERY punishment that comes his way.

What I find crazy about Sherri’s case is the fact law enforcement is much more concerned about Keith rather than the ex boyfriend. Obviously with these types of cases the spouse will always be the first suspect but with all that evidence against the ex boyfriend I find it hard to believe he won’t be facing charges as well!

I've been following all 3 of these cases, so I love the updates. The Murdaugh and Papini updates were a twist that I didn't see coming. I can't imagine what Keith Papini is going through. He fought so hard and endured all that trauma only to find out his wife was cheating on him the whole time. That's SO messed up! I don't know how anyone can get over something like that, but I hope he is able to eventually.
Absolutely. Keith seems like such a great man, loving husband and gives his children all of himself. He appears to be a fantastic human being. He didn't deserve this from Sherri, nor did her kids. She doesn't deserve them.
The Sherri Papini case is so crazy. I remember first learning about the case and thinking that there were some red flags but ignoring them because of her injuries. I am upset that she did this whole scheme, but I don’t regret believing her when I first heard the story. As a trauma survivor I would always rather believe the rare lier that comes out with a story than dismiss everyone who openly discusses their trauma as that just hurts the victim more. I think if I looked at this case today with only the information available in 2017 I would still believe Sherri’s story.
Since the beginning I’ve had this feeling that she didn’t kill herself. In the 911 audio she sounds scared about being killed by the air bags. I’m interested to see what her autopsy will say. Unless they’ve said where her wound is and I haven’t seen anything.
I fully believe she killed herself. She was worried about the airbags while there was a possibility for them to get away. But she was never going to allow the possibility of getting caught, and when they were pinned by police she decided to do what she'd planned in what she presumably thought was an unlikely scenario. This woman could never have dealt with getting caught, charged and punished for what she'd done. She was a prison guard, and had an amazing reputation. She'd have been ruined and because of her profession, she'd have been a likely target for attack when imprisoned. She had a backup plan and she was forced to take it. The autopsy confirmed that the gunshot to the head was consistent with suicide, not by attack from another person.
But on the flip side, as a CO for many years I’m sure she couldn’t bare to go and be an inmate herself. She knows what it’s like in there and if other inmates found out she was a former CO, she would have a rough time for sure. I can see both scenarios - him killing her or killing herself so she doesn’t end up in prison
When I feel anxiety ridden or run off my feet I just stick Kendal on and the calmness of you amd your animals brings me back to earth and makes me feel normal again. Love you Kendal x

You can tell right away that Alec’s call about the guy shooting him on the side of the road was fake because instead of calling and first stating “I’ve been shot I need help” he takes the time to first explain the story, then ask for help for his gunshot wound.
If I had been shot I guess that would be the first damn thing I would say! I wouldn't go "well, you see, this morning I woke up at 7, had a light breakfast, drove to work, had coffee from a vending machine around 10 - the coffee was bad, btw, then I got out of work, hopped on my car, and oh, did I mention there was a deranged serial murderer in my car and he shot me?"

I’ll bet he was pissed that the family name was tarnished and I’ll bet he was embarrassed by what happened with his son and so he shot him and I’ll bet his wife was possibly threatening to leave him,maybe she found out about what he was doing at work or maybe they were in debt. Maybe he was cheating.. Who knows.. just theories.

You know up until now I had never had a second thought that Vicky killed herself. But hearing him say he was supposed to die in a shootout and didn’t do anything got me, and then mostly it was the fact that Vicky seemed really, really, RELLY concerned the airbags were going off. And she hysterically screamed like she was terrified FOR her life, not that she was about to end it 🤔 idk something about hearing that for the first time be like “oh he did that.”

I really feel like Sherri's kids should be removed from her custody and have a restraining order against her. I know emotional/mental abuse is hard if not close to impossible to prove in court but this is such an extreme case

This Sherri Pappini case I found very interesting!! There is something about her that annoys me just looking at her😒It’s terrible what she put her husband, family and children through!! Not to mention all the man power put into looking for this(mother of the year). I’m just glad her husband filed for divorce, because he appeared so devoted to her and could tell how much he loved her, and I would have been so mad if he stayed. It’s very apparent that she truly needs some mental health help!! Anyways I really enjoyed the update, and best wishes to you Kendall on your impending delivery! I agree with everything you said, but you left out how you feel about her going from 25 years to what was it 12-14 months or something? I’m curious how others feel about it cuz personally I’m unbothered by it. I did comment and I said she didn’t kill or rape anyone she really didn’t hurt anyone so I don’t believe she deserves such a huge sentence. I feel so awful for Sheri Papini's kids. The stress of thinking their mom is missing and the emotional rollercoaster of her coming home and now this. How selfish do you have to be to drag the ones you love through this kind of bs?

The case about Sherri is so infuriating. I cannot believe she got so little jail time. The Latino community was extremely hurt by this case as the stigma around Latinos being involved in kidnapping crimes only grew from her false allegations. She absolutely disgusts me.

i really like this update format and would love to see more in the future where possible. hoping the best for you in these last weeks of pregnancy!! i can't speak from experience, but as someone born in august, i've heard my mom complain numerous times about how awful that summer was aha.
As someone who lives in South Carolina, the whole Murdaugh case has been insane to watch unfold. From all of the theories, to the fraud charges and all of his enemies, to learning about the unaliving for hire (and the dude missed), to then finding out that he alledgedly lured his wife to her death, it has just been a lot to take in this past year.
He is clearly a very bad person, and he deserves EVERY punishment that comes his way.

What I find crazy about Sherri’s case is the fact law enforcement is much more concerned about Keith rather than the ex boyfriend. Obviously with these types of cases the spouse will always be the first suspect but with all that evidence against the ex boyfriend I find it hard to believe he won’t be facing charges as well!

I've been following all 3 of these cases, so I love the updates. The Murdaugh and Papini updates were a twist that I didn't see coming.
I can't imagine what Keith Papini is going through. He fought so hard and endured all that trauma only to find out his wife was cheating on him the whole time. That's SO messed up! I don't know how anyone can get over something like that, but I hope he is able to eventually.
Absolutely. Keith seems like such a great man, loving husband and gives his children all of himself. He appears to be a fantastic human being. He didn't deserve this from Sherri, nor did her kids. She doesn't deserve them.
yeah the main reason i don’t think he’s involved is because his wife was actively cheating on him throughout the whole scheme
The Sherri Papini case is so crazy. I remember first learning about the case and thinking that there were some red flags but ignoring them because of her injuries. I am upset that she did this whole scheme, but I don’t regret believing her when I first heard the story. As a trauma survivor I would always rather believe the rare lier that comes out with a story than dismiss everyone who openly discusses their trauma as that just hurts the victim more. I think if I looked at this case today with only the information available in 2017 I would still believe Sherri’s story.
Sherri is only adding to the problem of real victims not being believed. Less people coming forward afraid of not getting Justice.

Since the beginning I’ve had this feeling that she didn’t kill herself. In the 911 audio she sounds scared about being killed by the air bags. I’m interested to see what her autopsy will say. Unless they’ve said where her wound is and I haven’t seen anything.
Coroner ruled it as a suicide by self inflicted gun shot wound to the head but I haven’t seen anything more specific
Same about the audio. She seems so terrified of death to then immediately kill herself.
I fully believe she killed herself. She was worried about the airbags while there was a possibility for them to get away. But she was never going to allow the possibility of getting caught, and when they were pinned by police she decided to do what she'd planned in what she presumably thought was an unlikely scenario. This woman could never have dealt with getting caught, charged and punished for what she'd done. She was a prison guard, and had an amazing reputation. She'd have been ruined and because of her profession, she'd have been a likely target for attack when imprisoned. She had a backup plan and she was forced to take it. The autopsy confirmed that the gunshot to the head was consistent with suicide, not by attack from another person.

But on the flip side, as a CO for many years I’m sure she couldn’t bare to go and be an inmate herself. She knows what it’s like in there and if other inmates found out she was a former CO, she would have a rough time for sure. I can see both scenarios - him killing her or killing herself so she doesn’t end up in prison

You can tell right away that Alec’s call about the guy shooting him on the side of the road was fake because instead of calling and first stating “I’ve been shot I need help” he takes the time to first explain the story, then ask for help for his gunshot wound.
If I had been shot I guess that would be the first damn thing I would say! I wouldn't go "well, you see, this morning I woke up at 7, had a light breakfast, drove to work, had coffee from a vending machine around 10 - the coffee was bad, btw, then I got out of work, hopped on my car, and oh, did I mention there was a deranged serial murderer in my car and he shot me?"

I’ll bet he was pissed that the family name was tarnished and I’ll bet he was embarrassed by what happened with his son and so he shot him and I’ll bet his wife was possibly threatening to leave him,maybe she found out about what he was doing at work or maybe they were in debt. Maybe he was cheating..

You know up until now I had never had a second thought that Vicky killed herself. But hearing him say he was supposed to die in a shootout and didn’t do anything got me, and then mostly it was the fact that Vicky seemed really, really, RELLY concerned the airbags were going off. And she hysterically screamed like she was terrified FOR her life, not that she was about to end it 🤔 idk something about hearing that for the first time be like “oh he did that.”

I really feel like Sherri's kids should be removed from her custody and have a restraining order against her. I know emotional/mental abuse is hard if not close to impossible to prove in court but this is such an extreme case
Totally agree but theyd need to have full psych evaluations and taken from the father as well for that

This Sherri Pappini case I found very interesting!! There is something about her that annoys me just looking at her😒It’s terrible what she put her husband, family and children through!! Not to mention all the man power put into looking for this(mother of the year). I’m just glad her husband filed for divorce, because he appeared so devoted to her and could tell how much he loved her, and I would have been so mad if he stayed. It’s very apparent that she truly needs some mental health help!! Anyways I really enjoyed the update, and best wishes to you Kendall on your impending delivery! The shortness of breath will get better temporarily…until you are running around chasing a toddler! Lol…worth every second tho!! XOXO
I agree with everything you said, but you left out how you feel about her going from 25 years to what was it 12-14 months or something? I’m curious how others feel about it cuz personally I’m unbothered by it. I did comment and I said she didn’t kill or rape anyone she really didn’t hurt anyone so I don’t believe she deserves such a huge sentence. Yes I understand about the fraud and wasted man hours and resources and thats what restitution is for.
