food truck is HARD work, american hot dogs and fries, im telling ya, american hotdogs. thats all you really need and so your better off with a hotdog cart from rockdogs, can fold it up and put in the car where as food truck is so expensive to run. im telling ya, hotdogs SELLLLLL

@@MarketingFoodOnline Nothing to thank. I had been looking at your channel for a while to see about doing a BBQ Food truck.
But then out of the blue, I needed emergency open heart surgery for five bypasses. Then something else was found and they want to go back in. I said no. One surgery was enough for me. Then I fell on ice and broke my leg in two places, so now that has the heal.
I don't think I will live long enough now to do the BBQ, so utube is the next best thing watching others do it. Liked your last one up!
Find what really matters to you, and rest of what ever does not matter, in my opinion. Have a great day.

yes build a menu around 1 MAIN item and make your variations "like soup" be a few at a time this is also great for space your truck is only so big so you can minimize your ingredients.

I used to sell at my small cafe... Sm cup of Soup + 1/2 Sandwich + a side salad... "Light Delight" and it sold so well...
Especially for women who did not eat a lot... or someone on a diet... or someone that just wanted to "Sample" a few things at once.
