Haven't used my Rolleiflex in years and it's always a good rule of thumb to spend a few minutes watching a video like yours so as not to commit mistakes. Thanks!
A Rolleiflex I recently purchased just came in today. Two sets of aperture blades were inside the camera, it had been tampered with. Thank you for this video, happily got my money back.
Bought a rollieflex on Ebay and feel a lot more confident and informed after watching this 😀 Am a little sad to see that whole roll get sacrificed though 😅
Thanks for the good demonstration! I had seen some other demonstrations, which missed the detail of threading the film under the first roller, but then the frame counter doesn't work. Important detail!
Hello when I load the camera when open the exposure number advance, when I try to close the back lid something cocks and the number comes back to 0? What's the problem?
Thank you :D. I had to research all of this when I first started shooting with my Rollei! (2.8D) this is the best I've seen! Super helpful for people. Thank you for taking the time to make this.
Hi can anyone help me? I have a rolleicord and I've been trying to load my film however the silver bar under where you tuck in your film to roll it has become wonky and I'm not sure how to fix it as my film won't roll and keeps getting stuck.
Please please please, according to the manual of this camera. The film mustn’t go underneath it! Check the manual for correct way to load the film! Otherwise you will get the photos with lines!
This way of demonstrating medium format camera loading and unloading is excellent. I thank you for your sacrifice of a roll of film.
Thank you! Exactly what I needed. Direct, concise, to the point. Perfect.

I'll probably never use one of these, but it's nice to know how it works. And thank you for no intrusive background music.
Thank you for taking the time to explain this in such fine detail. You have helped me out a great deal. Much appreciated.
Thank you for showing us how to do it. It’s been a long time since I’ve used a TLR camera.

Depends on the Rollieflex model. Over both rollers on the Model T.
@@saunderspeter2right! I just looked at the manuals for both my model t and my rolleicord and it’s clearly over the roller.
Thank you for sharing and showing!
Very helpful I’m using my 1937 Rolleiflex 3.5 soon

Great content mate. Tho one thing I noticed the focus of your camera is haunting. Other than that great vid.👌
Yea - I noticed the same thing. Need to tweak the settings on the Fuji for better video AF. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you! Glad you're enjoying!
Glad I watched. I’d forgotten the film goes under that first roller 😳
You'll only make that mistake once, ha. I know I did!
I love the way the camera image keeps jumping out of focus . Very useful information for me as I have never used mine .
I’ve got a 3.5 that has a bent feeler roller. Very inconsistent loading. Anyone else have this problem?
I also have a Rolleiflex 2.8C. They're not as common as the 3.5s. Thank you!
Thank you so much!
coming back to it
Awesome!

Hmmm - I don't have a Rolleicord personally so I don't know how much help I'd be 😔

You're welcome!
If you position the camera centre screen I would be able to see the tabs without the subtitles getting in the way . Good video though .
Well come on then! Lets see the pictures!
Hehe - I share lots over @ instagram.com/bcapphoto - come hang out!
Thanks a lot :-)
