Providing speeds up to 28mph with a rider's weight of 165lbs. The lighter the rider, the faster you go. The heavier you are, the slower the setup is. This new motor has gobs of torque in the low and midrange.
This motor is coggy. It does not like low speed(like a racecar or 2-stroke dirt bike). Less than 5% throttle will be hoppy. This is due to carts being single-speed and the motor having strong magnets. When having this setup some may need to change how to ride. Most riders do not notice but it needs to be noted.
Ride time: Approx 1.5-2 Hrs
Includes:
- TAXI GARAGE Fork made of 3/16" thick steel mated to DOM roll cage material. Hand built here in house. Fully tig welded to perfection.
- Prismatic Powders Illusion Red powder-coated TG fork. Signifying the 900w motor.
- TG 900W motor for #25 chain (designed to work with your tensioner, chain, and lower gear)
- TG High Flex Motor wiring harness.
- TG 48v Speed Controller with stainless steel bracket to mount in the factory location.
- Pre-wired for clean wiring on the standard-size crazy cart.
- All proper Anderson connectors and hardware.

*No Warranty provided if you are using your own battery or over 220lbs.
-48v TG Battery is enclosed in tough 3d printed ABS plastic with 3 mounting points to keep the battery secured and safe. A lower screw must be installed.
The battery comes with all the needed hardware and plugs directly into the TG speed controller.
-Custom colored TG forks and battery boxes are also available by request.

This was a great guide, thank you. Just put together the 500w kit, and man does it scoot! There is some trial and error when alligning the chain, but once its perfectly aligned, no issue with chain slipping. Ordered the chain guide anyway, just to make sure I can stress the thing without fear. Also thinking about the hand brake since turning and drifting at 20 mph is vastly different than when it only went 12 mph.

Okay, thanks to great support, today is the day to give the install a go!
Now after total rework, I have it mounted, finally, pay close attention to the video folks. I'm still not done however, my particular CC has total garbage for threads that held on the stock bodywork, I have to buy a tap to clean out the threads and what's worse, my battery only lines up on one side, the left side battery hole sits about 2-3 mm too high even though it's sitting dead flush on the bottom of the cart so I have to figure that out, my guess is poor tolerances at Razor. Also, the bolts seem too long that hold on the battery, it sure looks like they're going to smash against any wires hidden in that valley so I'm going to shorten the bolts. With all this said, Taxi Garage makes an amazing product with superior support, just realize that we're dealing with a not so perfect manufacturer (Razor), so be prepared for possible speedbumps along the way.

You can get a 48volt switch with a light from a piece of aerial equipment hindly electronics check them out. I know jlg uses them I work on them.

Can you fit a 48v motor in the stock neck?
People have done it but we don't recommend it.
My mom is asking if this is safe for a standard crazy cart, I really want it but she doesn’t think it’s ok to put that motor on a crazy cart
It really depends on the rider and skill level, its always best to start slower and work your way up!

Yes, you can upgrade to a 900w if you already have a stage 1 but you will need to get the full kit with the battery as a stage 1 has 36v and 900w uses 48v.
