I haven’t gotten the chance to play this mod, but I recommend the Lobotomy Corporation mods and the Library of Runia Mods made by the same person, they are GREAT
I didn't know about Limbus Company at all, but if it's from the same people as Lobotomy Corporation, it has to be good.

@@ZorgdubLimbus, Lobotomy, and Runia are all project moon games. There's also a webcomic and digital novel set in the same universe. I believe the mods for all the games were also made by the same person so they're all really cool and work together

I’d recommend avoiding doing both of them at the same time, it can become a bit too much. On their own though is great.
Also I’d advise against using the LobotomyExtend or RuinaExtend mods. They add some really cool stuff but are a little buggy and caused crashes fairly consistently for me

Honestly, I feel like Gebura is pretty fair, even with the Red Mist.
The thing about Binah is when you get a certain relic and/or 2 specific anomality pages, you can literally beat most stages in a single turn due to exploiting her own unique page which lets her 4 draw cards when having an empty hand.
Binah is absolutely broken, her deck can solo the entire game
@@Zack_ZanderHonestly, the mod in general is pretty broken. I legitimately think you could reduce every single number on those cards by 1-2 (except cost ofc) and it would still probably be strong. It's really fun, it's just also REALLy powerful, even the basic chars.

The Project Moon rabbit hole? If you liked the Limbus Company Vibe then you could play Library of Ruina- since that's a deck builder. And, while it is the sequel to Lobotomy Corp, you don't need to have played Lobotomy Corp to enjoy it.

I dont know much about Slay the Spire but as a Limbus player it sounds like the effects here are all universally good and even the dangerous events barely deal any HP. Like 6 HP lost from Brazen Bull's event was ridiculously lowcost lol

Project Moon related content is cool to see, I haven't gotten into Limbus Company yet (the F2P thing turned me off a little, I'll admit) but Lobotomy Corp and Library of Ruina were both great!
As a limbus player , despite being a f2p player , i have gotten a full team of 3 stars with only some time playing when there's event and new chapters so it's very f2p friendly
@@luutuankiet9941 Weirdly, despite liking Runia, I just had trouble vibing with Limbus myself. Got a bit too "comedy of errors" at times, I think, early on which wasn't doing it for me, though I'm glad to hear the gacha is reasonably generous if you stick with it. Did feel like a weird angle for the series to take, though.

@@luutuankiet9941 For me I kind of started checking out when the assistant in the first zone who was obviously going to die died horribly, because it felt both too obvious and cheap, and then the gambling zone was like "All comedy of errors all the time" and I just couldn't stay invested for a game that wanted, you know, daily log in attention.
But like, that's personal taste stuff, so it's good to hear it treats the people who stick with it well, you know?
Why would you be F2P when 10 bucks to grind for everything way easier in the game is a feature, its not that bad lol

These events or monster, some have meaning. Like spider of marriage, it mean how hard the couple struggle it still their home (they will attack you if you pick removed scramble bc you are destroying their home, this is my conclusion but if you play limbus monster are just humane emotion take form).

The events here are rather forgiving, probably too forgiving especially for what’s supposed to be spooky
In the actual game, you typically have to do a skill check in order to get a good result. Here, it just seems like these provide an auto-win.

Best explanation I can give about the world of Limbus Company is "the SCP foundation went boom and the subjects are now roaming the outskirts of civilization". Very fun to get into and the lore is insane.
There are two other mods about games from the same universe, Library of Ruina and Lobotomy Corporation. Library of Ruina in particular is FULL of unique content and mechanics, you will NOT be able to view all of it in even THREE videos' worth of playtime.

To be fair, it does lean into a horror aesthetic, all the Project Moon games have a least a layer of horror/tragedy in their DNA as it were.
I guess it's half right. On one hand we have fucked up shit like the N Corp. Inquisition and what K Corp. does with it's singularity but on the other we have funny chicken man commanding his army of living, googly-eyed raw chickens.

Yeah, I think the relics are of course really good, but I think that the thing that really elevates them is that every single ? tile is either a free relic or an encounter
If every ? space you got on a regular run was a free relic, you'd quickly end up incredibly overpowered as well

As a Project Moon megafan, this was a shock, you should absolutely check out their games, the story is amazing and "horror" is a stretch, it's more gore and psychological

In the opening you say Limbus is a horror game- that's not exactly correct. It's more like a "Get into a fistfight with a mid-tier cosmic horror while an anime girl talks about gripping things and being ableist" game.
