I know you put a lot work, time and notes into your walkthroughs. So I just want to say that your work is very much appreciated. I've watched your walkthroughs after I've ran the the area to see what I missed and tactics to use on bosses. Thanks Cowboy👍
At 32:25 jumping off that ledge actually leads to a throwing item, ie the javelin the spearmen class starts with a pretty strong one all things considered.
Thanks for your hard work making these walkthroughs cowboy! You are really quick to put up full walkthroughs. Seriously impressive. Loving lords of the fallen so far! I’ll be playing along with your videos 👍

I’m using this walkthrough to get going, so far, now I’m enjoying and understanding the game a little better. Thanks!

This episode certainly helped me to find loot I didn’t even know was there very very impressive how you located a lot of hidden things in a short space of time it’s taken me a little while but I can now defeat pieta without the summon and without dying once but honestly that was a tough first boss
After 70 hours with the game, I'm glad I checked out this walkthrough and found the pyro NPC. Would have never knew she was there. Looking forward to the lower Calrath walkthrough. Place took me an hour just to navigate and figure out where the exit was.
Pro tip for the stigmas. You can exit out of umbral while it's still playing. It'll just give you the scouring after like it played the entire thing. Saves time
Not sure if you got this already but at the 32:18 mark, if you drop down to the next platform, there’s short javelin ammunition sitting there. I think you missed it.
I just started yesterday, and i went into this as a pyric cultist. Goddamn this fight was fun. I was munching my mana crystals like candy. I think this was a great first boss
24:15 I took wrong turn somewhere around there and end up at the swamps defeated couple of bosses there… and now I’m here looking at how to get the key from skyrest🤦🏻♂️ thanks man for this walkthrough
Great walkthrough as always. I played the game through myself the first time and screwed up nearly every questline so looking forward t seeing what I missed
Pieta was harder to beat while using a summons, but once I decided to fight her one on one I was able to learn her attack patterns much quicker and was able to parry easily at least 85% of the time and just watch out for her grab which can be dodged just wait till you see her hand pull back and a small flash of light on her hand then you know the grab is coming. The rest is pretty standard stuff. Very good first boss because it really taught me the importance of parry.
I had that issue at first, but just because I was trying to fight her with the summon at the same time, once I just let him go at her and shot spells or other throwing items until he died, I could get her into her 2nd phase with no damage or loss of healing items.
@@bigdaddy7401 the best way to beat any boss in a games like this is to learn the bosses attacks and work out when the best time to attack is. In order to really learn the bosses move set you need to change your mindset from I'm going to beat this boss this time to I'm going to learn this bosses patterns this time. So you go into the boss fight telling yourself that you will not attack at all no matter what bec all you want to do is learn and your job is now dodge and/or parry and pay attention to the bosses moves and stay alive as long as you can but do not attack, this so you truly learn the bosses moves, once you have done that enough times you will usually smash them. From memory this boss was pretty easy to parry so I used that alot as well. Good luck mate.
Upon arriving at the Vesting of Chabui I went straight upstairs to fight the boss. I would’ve missed out on so much content without this video… How the hell am I supposed to know where to go first in this game lol.
The pilgrim armor set you get from the tutorial area works very well against Pieta. It has high holy damage protection, especially if you’re a pyric cultist
@Flame4Moonlight I believe that you can but its so incredibly tight of a timing just equip a shield. And at the end of the day if you can't parry her just 2 hand your weapon, dodge her attacks and wait for an opening.
Wow, with the newest Master of Fate update, that perch key you could buy in this video for 9500 vigor now costs 18000 instead. and right next to guy with the hat that brought us here and in front of pieta is now a coffer where you can store items you dont want to clutter your inventory.
The Iron Wayfarer is next to useless as a summon for the Pieta fight, he almost always dies before Pieta gets to 2nd phase, but if he does last til 2nd phase he’ll stand under the first aoe attack Pieta does and then die.
You have made this game enjoyable for me. Thanks for the work. I’m using the pyro class so I appreciate the side quest to get the searing acquisition. Question though from the research I have done it’s the best catalyst for pyro. Is it worth giving up to the NPC?
It is not the best catalyst by far and yes it's worth giving up. Without it you never gain access to her and she's the primary pyro merchant. She also gives it back.
I have an umbrel entity is blocking at 33:56 and i didnt get the door open like you did, anyone have any ideas on how to open it. I don’t like that you can save and restart in this game.
