I like to take off my Roam case and tent from my bedrack when not actually needing them. It's my daily driver don't see the point in carrying that extra weight all the time and having the extra drag.
Looks great, Im in the same situation but not exactly, My truck is bare just wheels and tires with a bed cover, but I would like to put gear on my truck, but dont a purpose for it, other then it looks cool hahah

I have a 2023 Tacoma, same model as yours and would like to set it up better for Camping, but because I work downtown in my city for work and park in a parade, it needs to be clean and nothing exposed so that nothing gets stolen. I think the roof rack looks really cool but again where I park I need to keep the set up under 75 inches.😂
I might be interested in the roof rack if you end up selling it. I’m just on the other side of the state. I’ve been looking at getting a roof rack for mostly just solar panels. How bad is the wind noise from it?

I have a gun case on my rack. It's low profile and still looks 🔥 I keep recovery gear in it. Debating adding another up there
