The carpal tunnel is a narrow band made of fibrous tissue that supports the wrist. The median nerve, ligaments, and bones pass through this tunnel in the wrist. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome develops when there is a swelling in the tissues of the carpal tunnel, leading to a compression of the median nerve. प्रणाम डॉक्टर शर्मा जी I have acute pain in my both wrists and joint of fingers of my both hands. At night in sleep my both wrist and finger joints pain very badly so much that I get up in pain but pain reduce as soon as i get up . I don't have any numbness or tingling feeling in my fingers or wrist. Actually I fell down while running at fast pace and landed on my wrist ,my upper part of wrist got bend inwards, I did my x-ray of my wrist but didn't found any fracture or any hairline crack. Now two months have passed since this incident I cant even straighten my fingers if i straightn my fingers then I can't fold my fingers it pains badly . 3 months back i got my calcium and RA, uric acid check nothing was found negative and my reports were fine. I also see some swelling in my finger joints. It pains hurtingly when i rotate my both wrists. My outer bones adjacent in wrist pains very much whenever I press both bones. I cant even knead the dough I am a good cook . I cant even skin potato or carrot or any thing my wrists pain deeply. Dir I am confused wether it rheumatoid arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome. Sir please help me as I am withering in pain for the last two months. I took Actaea Spicata 1m, cacarea phos 6x , rhustox 30, ruta grav 30 but didn't got relieved from pain.
