I don't believe you actually can open it in game. One you unzip it into the "mods' folder, there is an .exe file you want to open and that is where you will do all of this configuring. Good luck!
That should be the chance that AI spawns, like Scavs and such, are spawned as PMC characters instead. So a higher percentage I believe results in a lot of PMCs! I don't know for sure, I haven't messed around with it. Try it out and let me know!

Hi! Does enabling the scav boss option on and bring it up to 100% guarantees a spawn? I want to farm bosses for quest but it's still all RNG

Yeah I had the same problem you got to make sure you download to open the user folder and put svm on mod

@@mattholmes2376 same thing. I have no idea why it doesn"t work. Maybe other mods like realism and sane are conflicting with this?
