If I had a traffic citation and replied to the question affirmatively where should I upload the evidences? First thought was that they go to Additional evidence box. However, there's an upload box for arrests and convictions which doesn't mention citations, and, if nothing is uploaded there the system highlights it in yellow. Seems like this upload box is connected to the checkbox.

For address, you have to put in foreign address. For travel, only after you moved to the US. For occupation, put the one that's the closest. Not a big deal. Good luck!

A lot of people are waiting and we have seen a lot of rescheduled interview. Unfortunately, that’s out of your control. Some people wait up to 1 year. I hope you get yours very soon. Try to focus on what you can do like preparing for the interview.

If you did it online, it should be under the document tab. Otherwise, print out a copy of the blank N-400 and review the questions and try to remember what you filled out.

I am applying for my parents green card by filling petition I-130. In the online application when it is asking the petitioner for where they live in the past 5 years. I am not seeing the checkbox "I currently live at this address" to make the current address as your five years address if you live at the current address for longer than five years. Hi, I'd like to have a question about filing online that when filling the term of "Evidence about child support" . Can I skip it bc I don't have any child to be supported? In fact, I confuse when seeing they warn me that my application will be denied if lack of filling that "Evidence about child support" so I don't know how to do.
Put N/A to every question that is not applicable to you. However, If there's an instruction that tells you to skip and proceed to number blah blah then leave the space blank.
That is correct. There's a lawsuit pending and therefore USCIS hasn't increased the fee yet. As long as you go to the official uscis.gov website, it has the latest accurate information. good luck!

There's nothing to worry about. However, usually if you move to a new state, you have to wait for 3 months before you can apply. I'm not sure that applies to military spouse.

If you applied online, you should upload online. If you have issues, try a different browser. You can even upload documents after submission. I would suggest you to bring the additional documents to the interview also.

Hello, I am done filling my N-400 on line, and when it asks if I owe taxes I say YES and it asked for a reason, I say I could not pay in full and am paying payments. Then it asked if I did not file any time, I say I did not file one year. How do I explain I did not file? I am on the process of filling now and I know I will owe even more. Yes. You won't pass the interview if you don't take care of your tax situation before the interview. YOu need to file the tax, have a payment plan AND show payments as scheduled.

You are welcome. Unfortunately, your son can only automatically become a US citizen IF you complete your oath ceremony BEFORE his 18th birthday (in addition being in the US.) So now he has to apply on his own. If he's applying on his own, he needs to have the green card for at least 5 years. Also, don't forget to register for the Selective Service since he's 18!

Hello, I watch your videos and they are very informative. I have a question about I-130 application and hoping you can guide me. I appreciate your help and assistance in this matter.
I am applying for my parents green card by filling petition I-130. In the online application when it is asking the petitioner for where they live in the past 5 years. I am not seeing the checkbox "I currently live at this address" to make the current address as your five years address if you live at the current address for longer than five years. I was wondering if you have any ideas.
Also, for I-I130 application for parents, would we still upload two copies of 2x2 picture of the beneficiary and petitioner?

Hi, I'd like to have a question about filing online that when filling the term of "Evidence about child support" . Can I skip it bc I don't have any child to be supported? In fact, I confuse when seeing they warn me that my application will be denied if lack of filling that "Evidence about child support" so I don't know how to do.
Put N/A to every question that is not applicable to you. However, If there's an instruction that tells you to skip and proceed to number blah blah then leave the space blank.

If you speak both languages fluently, you can translate yourself and certify that the translation is accurate.

That is correct. There's a lawsuit pending and therefore USCIS hasn't increased the fee yet.

There's nothing to worry about. However, usually if you move to a new state, you have to wait for 3 months before you can apply. I'm not sure that applies to military spouse.

You need to list all of your children including the ones not living with you.

Just your green card but you need to bring your passport with you. I will suggest to try your best to enter that information.

If you applied online, you should upload online. If you have issues, try a different browser. You can even upload documents after submission. I would suggest you to bring the additional documents to the interview also.

You need to file AR-11 whenever you move. so submit that.
You can apply for N-400 if you've already stayed in the current address for 3 months.

Why does the N400 ask for 5 years of tax return forms when technically only 3 years are required (married to US spouse for more than 5 years)?
If you are applying through marriage, then only the last 3 years.

Hello, I am done filling my N-400 on line, and when it asks if I owe taxes I say YES and it asked for a reason, I say I could not pay in full and am paying payments. Then it asked if I did not file any time, I say I did not file one year. How do I explain I did not file? I am on the process of filling now and I know I will owe even more. Should I send evidence of payments? I have a real issue with this and I wonder if I should wait to apply now.
Yes. You won't pass the interview if you don't take care of your tax situation before the interview. YOu need to file the tax, have a payment plan AND show payments as scheduled.

You are welcome. Unfortunately, your son can only automatically become a US citizen IF you complete your oath ceremony BEFORE his 18th birthday (in addition being in the US.) So now he has to apply on his own.
If he's applying on his own, he needs to have the green card for at least 5 years.
Also, don't forget to register for the Selective Service since he's 18!
