The impression I had it's quite straightforward, for me Lonzo has skills and a decent court vision, but at the same he has lot of flaws, not NBA ready. And the talent ceiling is not something insane like Kidd or Magic, it's more in the same category of Mark Jackson, Andre Miller, etc.. Talented PGs, but not superstars. it's like Rubio in his younger days, as a teen coming from Spain, people considered him the next Pistol Pete, the next Nash, etc.. There's always too much hype these days. A player don't necessarily be the next great thing, people never learned with the "next jordan" marketing stunt? It's not that simple.
